Description of Work: Tom was knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough assessment of the home and returned the report in less than 24 hours (however he mentioned reports could take 24-48 hours). I highly recommend his service

Description of Work: Tom was great! I had to call him several times before the inspection, due to delays on my end, he always answered my calls/promtly returned them & was always more than happy to help. And this was even before I signed, the inspection contract with him.. He was always that calming Voice on the other end of the phone. He arrived on time & did an extremely thourough inspection of the property. Tom appeared to be inspecting it, as though, he was was purchasing It for himself. He kept asking if we understood everything, after he explained it. He gave us some great tips on ways we could fix things. After we promptly recieved the final inspection report, I decided to walk away, from purchasing the property. Thanks Tom for saving myea fortune in the long run! Description of Work: Tom inspected our home as if it was his own. He was prompt, courteous and very detailed in his explanations. He sent out the inspection report, radon test results and pictures of certain sections of our home when we requested on time. We would use him again in a 'Hopkinton' minute!
