Chris was friendly, thorough, and exceptionally helpful. He answered any questions we had even if it wasn't directly related to the inspection. I would and have recommended his service to others.

Chris arrived half a hour early to inspect the exterior and surrounds. When started, he did a very educating and thorough job covering every corner of the house. As first time home buyers, we learned a lot from his presentation. He will point out almost every potential issue regardless how big/small the issue is. His report arrived the same evening: over 100 pages, with pictures, descriptions and recommendations. The report is certainly valuable for future home improvements. Chris also mentioned that he welcomes follow up questions during the final walk-through or after move-in. I actually did took some pictures and ask for him advice on some observations that were not readily accessible because of blocked view earlier. He quickly replied the email with detailed information and suggestions. This was almost 3 month after his inspection. Overall, I highly recommend "A+" Quality Home Inspection.

Chris F is fantastic! He arrived 30 minutes ahead of time so as to get as much visual intel prior to my arrival, and did an extremely thorough walk-through (and crawl-through) of the entire interior and exterior of the property. He told me what he was viewing the entire way, and made comments that I could understand on how to improve areas of concern. 2.5 hours of education for me, and a fine-toothed comb 100 page report within 12 hours containing Observations, Analyses, and Recommendations on every component viewed during inspection. Home inspection performed by vendor went very well. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and ensured that we understood everything he was doing and was extremely responsive to any questions that we may have had. He also went above and beyond and provided additional service that was not part of the underlying contract for services. We recommend this vendor without reservation.

I was impressed with Chris's professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything that he was checking in the home, why he was checking what he was checking, and why it mattered to me as the future home owner. He used language that we understood and gave examples as appropriate. He gave ample opportunist for questions and reexplained something that wasn't clear. He was also forthcoming when he didn't know a lot about something pertaining to the inspection (although this happened only once) but he got back to me when he had an opportunity to research he issue further. After the inspection he provided me with s detailed description of all of the issues that he found during the inspection with photos and examples. Even a week after the inspection I contacted him with some questions and he got back to me almost immediately with comprehensive answers. All-in-all I was pleasantly surprised with the home inspection and will recommend him to others without hesitation.

Professional and friendly service. The inspector went out of his way to ensure that we understood what was happening. He took his time to ask for and answer all our questions. The inspection was very thorough. The report was given to us the same day (it was a Sunday!) and it was extensive, detailed and very clearly written. I would recommend this inspector to our friends and would use him again.

Incredible! Chris was professional, beyond helpful, and everything else that was stated in the many other positive reviews. What impressed me most was not only is his report very detailed, he goes a step further by including information about the particular item being discussed. For example; When discussing the furnace in the report, he included additional information as to how it works, possible better efficiency models, etc. I could not be happier with every aspect of the entire process. Do not hesitate in hiring him, just about every word in the positive reviews was personified during my home inspection.

Chris was awesome to work with. He responded to my email the very same day I sent it, scheduled the appointment, arrived early and was extremely detailed. He answered all of our questions, was patient, thorough and had the full report to me within hours of leaving. I did not feel rushed, felt comfortable asking questions and could not have asked for more.

We were very impressed with the home inspection that Chris provided. It was extremely thorough and we felt like we were in good hands with Chris' expertise. Every major system of the house was reviewed and Chris provide a lot of explanation and kept checking to see if we had any questions. I really felt he was working for us and very confident that he had our best interest in mind. The report was emailed the same day and very complete. Went well. Chris was extremely thorough. He answered all our questions, explained his findings and made sure we fully understood before moving on to the next phase of inspection. Took about 2.5 hrs to complete. We had the written report (all 90+ pages) that evening.

Chris arrived to the site early and had completed the exterior examination by the time we arrived. He took me on a tour of the outside of the house first, explaining in great detail what he saw, and offering his thoughts on how to solve any problems that were encountered. He was remarkably thorough, taking the time to discuss even the smallest details and answer my questions as best he could. The rest of the inspection was much of the same, with his attention to detail, thoughtful advice, and patience answering questions. He is a friendly and outgoing person as well, which made the inspection a comfortable process. After he had finished up the inspection, he went straight to work on compiling his results. Just a few hours later he sent me an extremely detailed report that was well organized and contained pictures noting each point he made. Using Chris cost a bit more than going through an inspection company, but his attention to detail, knowledge, personable manner, and complete thoroughness made it well worth the price. Making a decision as big as purchasing a house needs the kind of quality help that Chris provided.

Christopher was already inspecting the outside of the home when I got there, he is extremely thorough, he truly picked this house apart and found so many things wrong with it that I was not aware of. From the incorrect grading of the lot to the dangerous location of the electrical panel. With his moisture reader he found high moister readings in the finished basement, he found white stains on the concrete called efflorescence which means that water from the outside has soaked through the foundation into the basement. The home is built on a slope he found that the wood retaining wall is at the end of it's life and will need replacing, which will be very costly. I'm not going to list all his findings from his 112 page report, which was filled with resources and recommendations on how to fix each issue, so to sum it up he did an excellent job, I would use him again and I highly recommend him, he also included a radon test. He was truly invaluable to me in negotiating a much better price on this home and knowing just what I was getting into. Thank you Christopher.

My expectations were exceeded by A Quality Home Inspections Inc. It was an excellent job on site and the post Inspection Report was extremely thorough and informative. Very professional !!! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. The inspection was about 2 hours and the completed report was sent by E-mail and I downloaded it by late afternoon. They also give you the option for a hardcopy to be sent by mail....but I would recommend the E-mailed report since it will arrive so fast and the detailed photos and info is right at your fingertips. They also provided pre-inspection documents and info which is very important in understanding the home inspection process.

When I say he is beyond thorough, I mean it. He arrived before the appointment time and had already checked out most of the property before we got there. He then spent over an hour walking us around and through the house and grounds. He not only pointed out everything that was good or bad, but he explained why - which is extremely helpful for someone that does not have a trade back-ground. At every point he would stop and ask if we had questions just to make sure he wasn't going too fast. If that wasn't enough, by late afternoon I received via email a complete report of everything we had gone through and I mean everything. I've seen a lot of inspection reports over the years but I really, really liked his. There was color coding on problem areas so you could find it fast and skim over other areas if you liked. Very easy to follow and very thorough. He also said that if we later had any questions to feel free to call him. Once we purchase this, we will be looking for other rental/flip properties and will definitely use him again.
