A Quality Home Inspection Inc

Chris arrived early, well before we did (and we were early!), to start inspecting the exterior of the property. He explained up front what he could and could not do. In the process of the inspection he explained what he was looking at, the reasons for looking and what he might have found and then what he did find. We had lots of questions but he also repeatedly asked us if we had more questions. We feel that we have as good a grasp of what the pros and cons are about this new (for us) house as we can. The report is thorough (with pictures) and he will be sending us a bound copy that we expect will be our house book/bible from here on. We felt like we were his only concern. He had no skin in the game on whether we bought the house, his only concern was to educate us.

A Quality Home Inspection was referred to us by a trusted friend who worked with Chris on previous purchases. Chris arrived early before us and begun making notes while working his way through the house. Upon our arrival he restarted the inspection and began his "tour" of the house and all of it's intricacies. During the inspection he informed us of a number of issues with the property and even provided an education about our existing home. The follow up report was very thorough and he was extremely responsive with follow up questions. He makes sure that you are aware of any issues, how to address them, what's minor vs major, and doesn't leave until you've had each and every question answered. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Chris was punctual and extremely thorough in his inspection. He made me aware of a number of issues that needed to be addressed. As he performed the inspection he was happy to answer any questions. It was clear that Chris is very knowledgeable in all areas of home maintenance and repairs. He explained each problem in detail and suggested the best course of action to take to resolve each of them, as well as providing guidance on regular maintenance to prevent these issues from recurring. He documented everything with photos and provided a 95 page report describing each area of the house. Any issues were circled in the photos with a detailed explanation of his observations, analysis of the problem, and recommendations for repairs. Chris seems to really care about his work and it shows. 10/10 I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection done.

He was personable, knowledgeable, and well spoken during his presentation. His full 86 page assessment, including pictures, was sent to me on the same day with thorough and organized details! Chris was very responsive prior to the inspection, during and after. He walked us through the property and explained as he went. He always asked if we had any questions before moving onto the next area. We learned a lot about the home we were purchasing and repairs that we need to make. He listens, answers your questions, and takes photos for reference. That same day he put together a thorough report of his findings. I would highly recommend Chris for the job.

This was the second home inspection that we have had done and Chris blew away our expectations (much better than the first inspection we had on a separate home).
