Inspection went great. Chris Feroli was very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and gave a 100 page review on the house we hope to purchase. Would recommend.

Chris arrived ahead of time and was incredibly professional, pleasant, and quite entertaining/animated. He conducted a thorough home inspection and was really informative. We were really quite surprised as our friends who described their experiences were quite different from ours. The inspection was very detailed - he answered all of the questions we have (and informed/educated us - as when you are "new", you sometimes don't even know what questions you should be asking"). The report arrived at the end of the same day the inspection was conducted and was also incredibly detailed filled with diagrams, pictures of the home, and links for further resources. All in all, we were truly pleased with the services performed and would recommend Chris highly. He takes pride in his job and he cares - and it shows. We really appreciated that - as its not very often you meet people who do their job from their heart. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris to perform your home inspection and I am absolutely confident that you will be very pleasantly surprised (as we were). When buying a home - you do need "people in your corner" who are going to educate you. He is definitely one of those people who are in your corner- thank you again!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. I had an unforeseen occurrence with the home and had to reschedule and Chris was extremely responsive and flexible. He only schedules one inspection a day and really devotes the inspection to you. He answers any and all questions and is extremely thorough. He had a VERY detailed and helpful report for us within hours of inspecting the home. His report was invaluable to how we will proceed with the purchase of our home. His report offered countless detailed color photographs, descriptions of issues, suggestions for how to proceed with the issues, resources to contact and even descriptions of how systems should work and function. I learned a LOT from both our walk through and the written report. Chris was also super punctual, friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Chris was amazing. I highly recommend Chris and A Quality Home Inspection Inc. He came to inspect the home we wished to purchase on very short notice. He arrived early to get the lay of the land. He inspected the exterior of the house, and the interior basement to attic taking pictures of everything along the way. He emailed us a very detailed inspection report which covered everything. I also felt his charge was extremely reasonable for such high level service. For a nominal fee, he also went back to pick up the radon canisters and mailed them to the lab for me. Chris looks out for the buyer, and nobody else. He was in our corner.

An excellent job all the way around! Chris showed up about 15 minutes early and began work immediately, exhibiting tremendous energy throughout the inspection. My wife and I both found him to be extremely knowledgeable. Importantly, he was able to communicate that knowledge in a way that understandable and interesting. His report is extensive, though I haven’t had time to read it all yet.

Overall Chris did a very good job in my opinion. We went through the house methodically and he explained to us all the issues he has discovered. After we were done he answered all the questions we came up with, leaving us with the feeling we know and understand the house and the issues that he discovered. Chris checked all appliances although he did not check every electric outlet or light which was okay with us. We believe he uncovered all major issues and might have missed some minor ones which we accept. The inspection report was very thorough and instructional. It added to our understanding of the possible problems and how to deal with them. I called Chris several times after the day of inspection with questions arising from reading the report and the results of radon test and he was very responsive. He also suggested that if I eventually buy the house I can call him with any questions I might have, All in all it was a very positive experience with a home inspector and if I had to hire again I'd hire Chris with no hesitation.

I found Chris on Angie's List and contacted him because I was impressed with the number of A ratings he had. His price was competitive with others I called, and his availability was flexible. I would absolutely recommend him. The time with him was more than an inspection, it was an education for me. His knowledge is truly impressive. It's daunting to consider purchasing a home you don't know. After the inspection I felt I knew the home very well. I understood the short and long term needs of the home, and what needed to be done immediately. His report is incredibly detailed, and I will keep it as a reference document for years.

This was the second time I used Chris. He provides a very thorough and detailed inspection so that no stone is left unturned. He can be a little dramatic sometimes and don’t let that scare you, he wants you to know everything he knows and you just have to understand that he’s not trying to scare you but make sure you are aware of everything, even the smallest details. Chris was a little more expensive than another that I called, but way more professional over the phone so I went with him. The morning of the test, he was there before we were. He took me thru everything, making sure I understood what he was talking about, etc. He was very thorough, did a great job, and I even learned (& retained!) more than I thought I would.
