Matt was responsive, communicative, flexible, and on schedule throughout the process of coming over to scope out what we needed (minisplits in 5 rooms) and in getting the minisplits installed. In doing the job, his team consulted us every step of the way to make sure the minisplits were going where we wanted in each room, explained what the work entailed and how the minisplits worked. They finished the job in one day and the system has been working perfectly since the installation two weeks ago. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive, and they made the rebate process easy. Matt left our basement cleaner than he had found it-- sweeping any debris and even doing a bit of helpful reorganization and offering advice as to how we could fix our leaking basement dehumidifier. We specialize in the service and installation of all types of equipment such as warm air furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, ductless systems and rooftop systems for commercial and residential applications. We also offer commercial and residential preventive maintenance programs for your equipment for long and efficient operation.
"Terrible ongoing experience. 3 yrs. later and our combi unit still doesn't work. They claim it's past warranty but we informed them of the issue a week after it was installed. They tried everything they knew(which wasn't anything ) They replaced the unit, it still didn't work. They blamed our shower water mixer, so we had our bathroom remodeled, trusting they knew what they were talking about, again ,lack of knowledge about the product they sell and install. They offered to install a water tank because they knew it was a problem, when we rejected that solution as just plain dumb, (I think you get a combi unit to eliminate a water tank) So bottom line is they installed this unit that has never worked. These idiots should know whether or not your plumbing is appropriate for the unit to work BEFORE they install it and bill you 14,000. Now I have to hire a plumber to figure out and fix what they can't or won't and then hire a lawyer to sue them for the cost, which, if they had been knowledgeable about their product in the first place, any added cost should have been included in the quote they gave us. To top it all off I have a blind intellectually challenged daughter that struggles physically and emotionally with taking a shower. We're getting older and the purpose of this whole thing was to make life easier for her and her caretaker when we're gone. They've ruined the value of our home. DO NOT HIRE THESE INCONSIDERATE JACKASSES!!!"
