Jeff promptly called us back and set up a day to inspect a leak in the large original 66 yr. old iron pipe in the ceiling of the basement. Jeff arrived at the exact time we agreed upon and after a complete examination explained the problem and gave a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed on time , the estimate given was the final price and Jeff told us step by step why and what he was doing. He was polite, professional, intelligent , a great person to talk to and the job was done exactly the way my wife and I envisioned. While at our house he also fixed a kitchen faucet. When you need a plumber, call Jeff, you will never call anyone else!

The service was great. Jeff was very responsive to our call. We set a time and date and he came out and did exactly what we had requested. He even gave me a couple of ideas on how I could save some money in purchasing some additional parts. Jeff did a great job and we couldn't be happier.

I had a drain in our tub that was clogged due to frozen pipes, he replaced the part and cleared the drain. He did it in a timely fashion and it was nice, clean work. Very friendly and professional.

I was quite happy with jt dustin. Because of my small window of availability I was given an early morning appointment. jeff arrived as scheduled and performed his tasks meticulously. He is to return for a driver vent problem among other things I just did not have time for that day. Because he came for the small job most plumbers won't consider doing and he was punctual, proffessional and reasonably priced I will definitely hire him for the big jobs. I absolutely will recommend him to others.

I contacted Jeff through Angie's List and he responded the next day by email. He came over a few days later and we went over what I needed. He suggested that I go to Lowes and pick out the kitchen faucet that I wanted. He had told me that the better names like Delta had lifetime guarantee on parts, so I picked up a stainless steel Delta. Also, salesman at Lowes said the faucet that I bought was very good. Jeff asked me what kind of a toilet and what color I wanted, and he recommended an American Standard Toilet, and he agreed to pick it up. About 5 days later he installed them both with no problems. The toilet is a 1.2 gallon flush. That will be a great water saver over time. (And it really works- one flush only.) Jeff is courteous and a professional and I would have him back in a heartbeat for plumbing problems. Any question I had he answered with detail and I trusted him right from the get go. I recommend him highly. Just a note on the total price. The $615 includes cost of toilet, installation of the toilet and the installation of my kitchen faucet. Almost forgot-toilet seat was included in $615 price. I picked up the faucet for an additional $137 or so, including tax.

Jeff has been doing work for us (installed two toilets, one washer, hot water heater, bath faucets, outdoor faucets, garbage disposal) for over 10 years! Cannot recommend more highly-- he is very responsive, fair, goes out of his way to take care of us. He is a gem!??

We called Jeff for a few smaller jobs he was quick to respond and turned it around in less than a week. Service was key especially as I was heading out of town on business dealing with house repairs was the last thing I wanted to deal with. He made it easy and will be my first call if we need additional work.

I had a plumbing emergency on Saturday 9/6/14. I called this plumbing firm and was told that someone would call me back shortly. After an hour, no one had called. I called them back and was told that someone would definitely be calling me soon. No one ever called. It is false advertising to claim that you are available 24/7 and yet not even return the customer's call. Under no circumstances will I ever contact this plumbing firm again.

JT Dustin is excellent to work with. We have found the company to be punctual and professional, providing good knowledge of the issues, and giving us a few different options to choose from. We had a bit of a tricky installation where we went from 1 old hot water heater to 2 new heaters running in tandem - and it worked out great. Now we have hot water 24-7. They even cleaned up better than I would myself!

Jeff was responsive and fitted me into his schedule. He came at the time that he said he would and fixed the problem cleanly and properly. Jeff provides a good service in my opinion, is responsive and punctual.

Jeff came when scheduled for the estimate. Returned to do the job when I asked to. It was a difficult installation of pipe through the cellar to get out back. The highest estimate was 1700. He did it for 1200. He was a nice guy, easy to work with.

Jeff spent time evaluating the situation and viewed from the bathroom, closet and kitchen ceiling. He did a couple of tests to rule out problems. He opened and replaced the bath plug trap and he then replaced the u valve in the kitchen ceiling. Jeff was a great communicator and kept us informed every step of the way and tried to find the least evasive solution as possible. Excellent, professional plumber - punctual with competitive rates. We intend to use Jeff again as it is always a challenge to find a good and reliable plumber - Jeff fits the bill!

Jeff was very responsive and professional. We called him during the weekend about a leak in our ceiling and got through him right away. He promised to come on Monday morning and, indeed, he was there this Monday at 8am. What a relief! He is very professional and courteous, he quickly identified what the probable cause of the leak was and fixed it in less than 15min. We are definitely going to use his services again in the near future to inspect and fix any potential plumbing issues in our newly purchased home. Jeff knows exactly what he is doing and his experience has taught him what the most probably causes of a leak are.
