Excellent. Plumber and apprentice came out and evaluated the situation. Gave me recommendations on what needed to be done, including having the town shut off the water so they could fix the leak. I figured I wouldn't see them for a few days. They were back the next morning, they did the work, explained everything, water was turned on within the hour.

The plumber arrived when scheduled. Problem was quickly found, he performed more troubleshooting to ensure the fix was complete. Turned out to be a very minor issue of a mod made by previous owners. We will call on them again.

Terrible. He would call & never show up. When he did call he put the new part in incorrectly. Was very agitated then went & cleaned his truck. The handed me bill for almost twice orig cost. Came back in a week. Tried to talk to him. He lost his temper & said just forget it. Stormed out scaring granddaughters. It did work for 2 weeks then stopped. Found a great plumber.

My 89 year old Mother-In-Law's 30 year old oven finally started to fail so my wife and I helped her buy a new one. Contacted JT Dustin Plumbing as they were local and explained job to them. They coordinated their visits with the delivery of the new oven so that the old one could be disconnected and made ready for pickup and removal. As the new oven was 1" wider then her old one Dustin contacted a carpenter he works with to come over and prep the counter area to fit the new oven. Kept me informed on day of install as to his arrival time. Arrived, installed new oven, leveled it and stayed to show my Mother-In-Law its use and to make sure she was satisfied. Both visits totaled $265.00! Great price, Great service, will make sure my Mother-In-Law uses them again. Highly recommend

I liked how Jeff (owner) had me take a photo of the situation to figure out what needed to be replaced/fixed to save time and ensure he had the right equipment necessary to do the job. He was great at communicating with me as to his arrival time and did a fantastic job in replacing my kitchen sink faucet. I would definitely use him again!

He said that he was booked for the day and would call me in the evening which he did. We set up an appointment for two days later. Jeff was very friendly and efficient and easy to talk to. We had tried to fix the problem ourselves, called Moen 4-5 times and had them send parts but it was totally beyond our level of expertise. Jeff, owner of J.T. I was so extremely pleased to have a VERY prompt return call and a visit to the house within a few hours. The work needed to be done was examined, explanations were given and a estimated cost and time frame. Since it was not an emergency I received an email offering 2 dates and times within a week to have the work done. As stated the appointment was kept, work done efficiently and extremely neatly. I could not be more impressed, happy and satisfied with the work and price.

I could not have asked for more. Jeff came in hooked up the sink but then noticed that the drain plumbing had been previously installed at the wrong angle. This could cause the water to drain poorly. He explained what was happening and fixed that issue. We also asked if he could change out the bathroom sink shutoff valves. This we asked after we had set everything up for the kitchen. He came fully prepared for that job also. Jeff explains everything and I am not very handy so he makes it so I totally understand. He also found an issue with the main water shutoff. THe town Water Dept Supt came by and agreed, so that will be our next job. He is very professional and I have to say as reliable as you can get. I only wish we had found Jeff years ago. He is now our family plumber.

Jeff did a great job. We hired another plumber initially, but he couldnt finish the job in over a month. Jeff came in, assessed the work completed thus far and corrected the mistakes from the other plumber. All in all, he re-did the plumbing, connected our gas stove, added new toilets, and made sure it all passed inspection. He kept us in the loop the entire time and gave some great suggestions/ideas for future items. I pass his name along any time a get a chance!

The leaking shutoff valves just needed to be tightened in order to stop the leaking. I appreciate the fact that this was the first thing he tried to resolve the dripping rather than pulling the valves apart and start replacing parts which didn't need to be replaced. He certainly could have done that and I would have been none the wiser. He changed the lever assembly in the tub in about 2 minutes and now I don't have to hold the lever down in order for the drain to work. I would absolutely recommend Jeff to others.

Mr. Dustin was professional from start to finish. Someone answered the phone on the first call, took a message and said Mr. Dustin would call us, which he did almost immediately. We set a date for him to come look at the project. He showed up on time, gave us an estimate and a date he could do the work. Again, Mr. Dustin arrived on time. He encountered a few problems which ended up taking more time and materials than he had planned for.The cost of the job increased but only by $35.00. We would definitely use his service again and highly recommend him.

Jeff returned our initial inquiry and set up an on-site visit to evaluate the work involved. He quickly assessed the situation and even came up with a few ways to simplify the plan we had in mind. He came up with a plan to get rid of the "mousetrap" pipe that blocked easy entry into the basement, all while adding the pipes necessary to set up our washer and dryer. He kept us in the loop while he was working, and thoroughly checked everything before he left to ensure that everything was up and operational. This was the first of a few plumbing jobs we'll be doing over the next few months, so we're lucky to get a professional who can do the work we need done. We're so happy with Jeff's response and attention to detail that we're planning to work with him for updating our furnace and changing toilets in both bathrooms.
