Ron called me immediately after I search Home Advisor. We made plans for him to meet me at my home after work hours. He came out to assess my roof needs, and although he didn't have the right shingles for the project with him at the time, he drove to his warehouse and brought them back, and did the work in 15 minutes. Best customer service we've had in a long time!

They evaluated the work to be done, quoted me a fair price (I already had a higher quote from the roofing company that installed the roof) and, within a few hours, the repair was done. Same day service can't be beat. Great communication as well.

I hired these folks and they got back to me real fast. The service time was prompt and they had my roof patched in less than an hour. They had no problems getting up on the roof (which has a steep pitch) and were able to get to the problem and diagnose it within 15 minutes. I would hire them again.

prompt ; I only quibble with the cost but in an emergency, i was glad to have them to come and fix things up. I did not think it was that big a job but I cannot say it was an unfair price since I did not get other bids. Overall, I would hire them again, just that I would explore the pricing more.

I made an appointment on Sunday for the upcoming Wednesday. I received a call that they were in my area and go the job completed Sunday afternoon.

These guys are a first class operation. Price was fair, work was flawless and done quickly and on schedule. Pointed out some issues with my roof that needed immediate repair that were not part of the first job (replacing roof on guest house). Again the price was fair and work was executed quickly and flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Thorough, quick service.

They repaired a lot of the wood trim around the roofline of my house and dormers. They showed up early and worked till late that night to get the work done. The quality of the work is very good. We encountered some unplanned additional work and they gave me a fair change order quote to make the fix. I appreciated their professionalism and effort.
