I had read all the other reviews and was astonished that there were any good ones until I realized there is a Ron Sr and a Ron Jr. I can only assume the good reviews were for Ron Jr because Ron Sr was a nightmare. I hired him to remove a chimney down to the roofline, but what he did was to leave a hole in my roof for a month and a pile of bricks and assorted equipment scattered around my yard. I spoke with him on the phone dozens of times and each time he lied and said he would finish the next day. Well, today, he **finished** the job. I no longer have a hole in my roof but the work is shoddy at best and I still have a pile of bricks and his garbage in my yard. Either steer clear of Express Exteriors or make sure you get Ron Jr.

I hired Ron Eaton (Owner of Express Exterior) to fix leak at the roof. When he completed, I asked him to fix the gutter and install downspouts. He said he would return to do it. The next day he arrived with one downspout instead of four. He said I had requested one not four. Installed the one and said he would return the following day to install the rest at an additional cost of $120.00 upon completion. My cost for roof repair, straighten one gutter, and install one downspout was $700.00. I now have the difficult task to locate another worker to complete a small job for $120.00. A professional roofer/gutter installer would have observed the four missing downspouts. Ron did observe the chimney and strongly urged me to repoint at a cost of $1,200.00 I believe he would have returned for that repair. Unreliable. Do not recommend. Ron arrived both times with his wife and barking dog in the truck.

Too Expensive. I needed a gutter put on a small Cape and the Price range was 700-900 dollars.
