"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

He mentioned that he will take the door off and put it back on next day. I gave him access to my rental property. When he came to do the job at my rental property, he called me that he needs to use more material (primer/paint) and he asked more money ($800) than he agreed to. He took the door off, left the bathroom fan, light and fan on and he left. I want to let all customers know that he is greedy, rude and must show him the job prior to finalizing the cost. He promised to meet me between 8 and 8 30 but he showed at the property at 7 26 am when i was on the road. Be careful,"
