We have been using VMA Electric for many years, and they are always responsive, punctual and professional. Their pricing is also competitive. The owner, Victor, usually comes out to understand the requested work and to provide an estimate. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and provides useful insight into the work you want to do. He doesn't try to expand the project or upsell with things you don't need. The office manager, Lorrayne, is extremely helpful and customer-oriented and returns calls and emails promptly. The technicians who perform the work are knowledgeable and considerate, perform the work efficiently, and are happy to answer any questions. VMA Electric is our go-to for any electric needs, and we will certainly hire them again in the future.

The project went very well. The electricians were pleasant to work with and the work was well done. The back office was efficient in scheduling the work, the inspection and handling of paperwork.

The man who came to investigate the problem and prepare the work project for the crew was efficient and professional. The workers themselves were careful, speedy, professional, and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would I recommend VMA to my friends? I already have.

VMA Electrical is superb on every level. The owner, Victor, came out personally to my home and gave an estimate within three days of my phone call. He provided a fair and reasonable price for the services to be performed. Victor is a great guy and you immediately feel you know he will do a good job on your project. Lorrayne, who runs the office, is a rare example of someone in this day and age who know how to give excellent customer service and make her customers happy. She answers phone calls and emails immediately and is so polite and helpful. The two men who came to do the actdual work, Matt and Tyler, were excellent - they are consummate professionals - considerate, clean and hard workers. They worked from early morning until late afternoon every day and finished my project a day early. They left the house immaculate and they were wonderful at answering my questions and getting the work done in a superb, timely manner. I could not have been happier with my choiceof VMA Elecric; you feel you are dealing with a very happy family of professionals!. I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever and I will certainly hire them again in the future.

Went well. The person did troubleshooting and discovered that one of the GFC plugs on the same loop had tripped. Now I know what to do if that plug stops working in the future. Very nice person did the work. Also, Lorrayne in the office was very, very helpful and accommodating in setting up the appointment around my vacation schedule.

Excellent, courteous, workers; efficient, fully shared as to their work; solid person in the office, and Co. gave a discount for first time user. Only qualification was lack of prep for drilling in wall, resulting in much 'wall dust' over a large area. Would use again without hesitation.

The team from VMA was great! I had them come fix an outside light fixture - and they came and took care of it, arrived when they said they would arrive, got it done quickly, and charged an extremely fair price. Highly recommend!

VMA again delivers fabulous service! These are my GO TO folks for electric ANYTHING. They rewired my whole house a couple of years ago. When I called for the new outlet, Lorrayne remembered me and got someone right out to put in the new outlet. 2 friendly gentleman came quickly. They were fast and professional. Excellent service every time!

He sized our requirements, provided timely quote in line with other quotes for similar unit; his proposal was superior to others partly due to out-of-way placement of the unit (at opposite side of house). He provided quotes for both portable and permanent installations. We started looking at this project in December, after ground was largely frozen. He located a company willing to dig the ditch required for the installation after other companies had closed up shop for the winter. Installation went very well. He demonstrated whatever we needed to know, answered post-install questions, etc. Transfer switch and labor included in price. Also installed whole-house surge suppressor and brought several other electrical issues up to code, for added price. Propane supply installation was handled by another company.

We got ~5 different price quotes and VMA Electric was among the least expensive, inspired the most confidence in their expertise, and was extremely responsive. Everyone we interacted with from VMA was polite and professional. We had one issue (I believe with a loose wire causing a short) shortly after completion of the job; they came to fix it right away and we've had no issues since. Would not hesitate to hire again; in fact, I'm already planning some additional electrical work.

Excellent service! We called around for a few quotes and VMA gave us a fair price. Another electrician quoted us $1,000 higher and pointed out work that was "not up to code". VMA not only checked our current setup against building code, but they determined it compliant (thus a cheaper price). VMA completed the work and set our inspection up with the town. We passed inspection with no problems.

We hired VMA to install recessed lighting, run cable to the second floor, and replace exterior lighting fixtures. From start to finish VMA exceeded our expectations for an electrical contractor. The initial walk-through and estimate were comprehensive and easy to understand. Deciding on our final scope of work and scheduling were a breeze. The work was done over two days. The guys were polite, respectful, tidy, and efficient. We made some last minute changes and appreciated the advice provided. We are very happy with how our lighting turned out and would hire VMA in the future.

Took a few emails to get a quote. Sent a few pics of the existing unit for them to order a replacement. We set a date for about 3 weeks, They did offer me a couple earlier dates after the unit was delivered and they had some openings, but I wasn't able to be home those days. I got a 2 hour window for their arrival. About 1 hour into the window I got an email that they would be about an hour late. Not a problem, I expect that for any of these appointments. Work was done in about 1/2 an hour, works great.

Went ok. Recessed lights were OK, not what I really wanted. They replaced them with something slightly better (softer tone) at no charge, however not crazy about the style (some kind of flush, bright LED type lights). Electricians were late day one, which was inconvenient due to having to go to work. They also left old fixtures on the side of my house without letting me know which is annoying. However, workmanship good, professional and respectful crew.

We experienced a partial power loss in four bedrooms of our home. We called VMA electric and they sent out Tom to do some troubleshooting. Tom was extremely polite and respectful of our property and there was no doubt that he was very knowledgeable. After spending about 2 1/2 hours inspecting our electrical boxes and outlets, Tom was able to find the problem and restore power to all affected areas. Thank you VMA Electric!
