The services were provided in a quick, professional manner. The electricians let me know what they were doing and why, checked and mitigated any potential concerns ahead of time, and performed the installations smoothly. I had work done previously by another company who was not as prepared or capable, and the contrast was striking. Very pleased with this provider.

The VMA team did a great job, from efficient scheduling and estimating through the execution of the job. They installed several new light fixtures, new outlets, and ran a new ethernet cable through the house. Its an old house with no straight lines but all of the work was completed with minimum disruption.

I've hired VMA several times over the years. Most recently it was to remove the intercom system that previous owners had installed. They were efficient and thorough as always.

Excellent. Called VMA after a snow storm when heavy branches pulled the service weather head and service drop attachment off my house. From the initial call with Cindy, to the same day response, the knowledge and expertise of the two electricians, to final inspection. VMA took excellent care of our electrical emergency. Would highly recommend VMA for any and all electrical projects you may require.

We have had VMA do a couple of big projects done for us. This last project involved replacing the underground electrical line from the box near the sidewalk to the house. VMA coordinated everything, Eversource disconnect and reconnect, town inspection, excavation, laying of conduit containing the new line, and installation of the new meter. They also installed an additional conduit for a future fiber optic cable. I have recommended VMA to others because of the excellent communication, work ethic, efficiency, good value for the money, courtesy, and quality of work. They solved our difficult electrical problem in a very non-stressful way.

It went exceptionally well. The two service techs, Jake & Henry were super professional and well mannered. The outlets at my dad's house were ancient, and hard to access, but the guys made short work of it and were very good at answering questions about other concerns I had about my dad's place. When their technician discovered the ceiling fan I had bought through another company to be defective during installation, they graciously offered to return and reinstall the new fan, all at no extra cost. VMA installed a pool heater for us and did a terrific job. They first did an onsite inspection and provided an estimate. They were able to install the heater and provide the necessary hard wiring. They also added an extra shut-off switch was is very helpful (and useful). The techs arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. We've used VMA several times for other projects and have always had a great experience.
