I really liked the electrician they sent out. They were clear about charges for travel and so I was charged for their travel time. I spoke to them about this and they stated that that was fine and they wouldn't charge it, but they did continue the charges. We did agree to split the charges down the middle.

Couldn't have gone smoother. Arrived at the beginning of the estimated arrival time, alerting me 20 minutes before with a phone call and completed all work in 3 hours. Professional job and even suggested opening the bulkhead so they wouldn't have to disturb me in the kitchen as I worked from home. Great communication to boot. Highly recommend.

The service was great! Our original quote ended up being 1,300.00 less! The guys arrived early and worked hard all day. We didn't even need to be home. We just left them a key. They did a wonderful job. They were very careful not to cut any holes in the walls where they can be seen. I really can't say enough about them. I would definitely use them again if I ever need any electrical work done!

The work wasn't particularly cheap, but the it looks very professional and everything was done properly and on time (and as quoted initially). I had a very good experience and would use them again.

Lorrayne anwers all calls promptly and is the definition of good customer service. The 2 different electricians they sent to do the 2 jobs were on time, efficient, knowledgable and nice. We would definitely use them again for any electrical work we need done.

Victor and his team are perfectionists. For example, a light in one of our rooms was a little off center, and as Victor rewired the house, he moved it back to a more central position (for no additional charge!) just because he thought it was the right place to put it. Even after all the work was done, Victor has remained incredibly responsive to answering questions when we didn't understand how something worked.

Professional, friendly and neat!It was great to be able to talk to Lorrayne in the office. I will be using them again as i will be changing out most of my light fixtures.

VMA from start to finish was fantastic - so easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze - always quick to respond. The electrical team was great, especially the lead electrician, Herson. All were extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and most importantly did excellent work. We sought quotes from two other businesses and VMA came out right in the middle, but we went with them because of the time they took to walk us through the work they would perform, as well as their responsiveness and excellent reviews. I would absolutely recommend them to others and plan to use them in the future for additional work that we'll need done.

Overall we have been pleased with the service we've received (this was our second time working with VMA). We had concerns about drywall repair & the placement of the recessed lighting in our living-room & Victor was very responsive, had someone perform some minor repairs (even though that wasn't on our original contract) and agreed to relocate the recessed lights at a future date (of our choosing) . . . which is why we give VMA an "A" on all categories & will definitely call them for our future electrical needs.

They did the wiring for a new phone system. The service went well. Two technicians came out and did exactly what the deal stated. They completed the job within the 2 hour time frame. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal.

VMA was a pleasure to work with. Steve was able to very quickly come out to my home and give me a quote on the work I needed. We had to go back and forth a couple of times to revise the quote since I had to add a few items to it. Once I decided VMA was the contractor I wanted to engage, Steve was able to get two of his electricians to my property within a couple of days. It took them 2 days to finish all of the work, and they were very professional when they were in my home. Whenever they had a question or ran into an issue, they would let me know what it was, and give me their advice on how they though they should handle it. During the project, Steve stopped by to check in and see how I thought everything was progressing. I would not hesitate to use VMA in the future for any of my electrical needs. They were a very professional group of people.

The service was good. They were prompt. We were satisfied with the service.

These guys were really great--the job ended up taking more time and being more complicated than expected, but they did an excellent job. Very thorough and went over and above what I would have expected. I'll definitely be using them in the future and can't recommend them highly enough.

I chose VMA based on all of the wonderful reviews, and I'm so pleased to be able to add to them. What I was charged was well within what I anticipated it to cost. The electrician was very knowledgeable and very patient with my lack of knowledge. The money I saved over the next two months more than paid for the service!

We interviewed several local contractors and, although all of them seemed competent and experienced, we settled on VMA. Victor offered several options for all of the work took into consideration our needs and budget. One thing that stuck in my mind was that he said that they aren't the cheapest in the area, nor the most expensive, but they will be there when they say and will not leave us in the middle of the tedious job. And that was true. Tim and Doran did the work in a little more than a week, and were courteous, neat, and explained exactly what they were doing at each step of the way. They did have to make some small holes in the wall and the ceilings for wire access but none of them were bigger than an opening of an outlet box. They did the initial patching of the holes, and I did the finish coat, as I like to do that sort of thing. Victor suggested that we wire in the smoke carbon detectors, but our budget didn't allow for that expense. They ran the wires up to the attic since they were running other wires there anyway. That way we will save that expense when we do decide to get the detectors installed. We are very pleased with the work and will use the again for our electrical needs.

Forgot that I bought deal and they contacted me to remind me. They came as scheduled. He was quick to finish. He was polite and accomodating to the work I wanted completed.

They responded very quickly and were very polite and apologetic about not servicing my area. The Big Deal was refunded.

I spoke with Victor and Lorrayne over the phone and gave them a description of the job. They were able to set up a time for me the next week to have the work done. I provided all the fixtures to be replaced except for the LED lights which they provided. The two electricians arrived on time and were extremely professional and polite. They were efficient and were very careful to cover my new counters and protect my floors. They finished the work in four hours which is about what I expected. They cleaned up before they left and even touched up the walls with spakle where the old fixtures had left marks. I am very pleased with their work, professionalism, and price and would definitely recommend V M A Electrical. Oh, and they gave me a 10% discount for mentioning Angie's List.

Was on-time, price was what I expected the individual who performed the work was polite & efficient.

VMA proofed to be very reliable and extremely professional. They were able to work within our time frame, we're very responsive and did a great job! I plan to contact them for future projects.

We had them do rewiring in the basement and wired the generator so we can use it from inside the house. My husband was very pleased with their work. We were happy with what they did.

The were supposed to get here at 7:15. Unfortunately, the truck broke down as the person was leaving office to get here. After my phone call looking for the electrician, the owner came about an hour later to do the work himself. He was very nice and professional and took care of it in a reasonable amount of time. I had a Angies List coupon for first time users which was applied to the work.

It went great. I used the coupon just after I purchased it and I might have spent a little bit more for the service that they did. The scheduling was easy and they took care of the issue that I had.

ed Response time was great. Steve came out within a day or two of calling and I had a proposal emailed shortly after. Loyanne in the office is on top of it and scheduled the work promptly. The crew was very professional and put done floor protection and cleaned up after themselves which is rare with electricians and plumbers. Work was done well and the fairly price for a job this size. After the job was complete there was a small warranty issue that came up and Loyanne was very professional in how she dealt with it. If you are looking for a professional company that responded quickly and skillfully this is a the company. Great Job.

I hired them for the job after finding them on Angie’s List. It was easy to schedule and they arrived to appointment on time. The work was fine.
