I've had Tim and Matt from VMA come over 3 or 4 times in the past year. They're always kind and professional. The biggest project I've had them tackle so far is a subpanel installation + installation of a 40A EVSE car charger and I'm very happy with the results. They also found and fixed code violations in my main panel from the previous owners of the property.

MA did an awesome job at a fair price. The electricians were friendly, courteous, and skilled. They did a surprisingly good job keeping the area they worked on clean despite some drywall cutting and spackling. I would return to them again in a heartbeat.

This is my second time hiring VMA, Lorraine was very helpful explaining to me the types of recess lights available and which one was best for my house, she also suggest what kind fan I should buy and why, service is always the best, the crew arrived on time and they were very professional and clean. It went smoothly from start to finish. The person who schedules the work asked me to send photos of the damage and electric service so she could prepare an estimate. We negotiated on a time for the following week (this was not an emergency). The electrician arrived on time, looked the situation over and he explained what he planned to do. The work was completed with no apparent difficulty. This was my second experience with this company, and, like the first time, everyone involved in the process, from the office staff to electrician, was a pleasure to work with and very professional.

It went great from start to finish. Lorrayne works closely with you to get the project specs and develop solutions. In past projects an estimator has come out to look at the project. The set up is very good and the communication is excellent. On the actual day the electrician arrived, was friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and how things worked. They worked efficiently and were very neat about their work. At completion, they did a walk thru of everything the did, explained its use, etc. I'd recommend VMA without hesitation. I've used them several times as well as several colleagues, always with the same excellent results!!

Great!! They explained what they did and explained how to correctly use garage door opener and fixed code on door outside of garage. Were very professional and polite. The folks in office were helpful in guiding me how to prepare and take pictures of some items to expedite process. Had someone come a few days later to view work and I had a written estimate that afternoon. Jobs were not too hard or demanding for them but I was treated with same courtesy as a. Much bigger job.

We've used VMA several times before - our experience is that they are highly professional and detail-oriented. Our electrical needs were met to our specifications. They worked well with our GC and the other trades, and as always, were friendly and communicative. There was a slight issue with using the wrong style of receptacles/switches (we like the square kind, and we have installed them throughout our house) but they made sure to correct it as soon as it was noticed. Additionally there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way (this was a somewhat complex project with a lot of small items to check off the punch list) but everything was quickly resolved. We've been very satisfied with all the work VMA has performed as we renovate our home, and we have no reason to not use them again in the future.

Very well. The electrician knew the best way to approach the installation and the result was exactly what we wanted. They arrived for the appointment promptly and were quick, neat and clean. They even cared enough to cover their shoes so they didn't track in from outside. My wife very much appreciated this!

They coordinated any necessary permits and inspections, and were very quick and clean in the house. They are able to provide accurate estimates for any electrical work needed, and the installers were both friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely look to do business with them again!

Tim and Bernie showed up on time, were respectful of my house (offered to put on booties), respectful to me, preformed the work needed, (after installing the timer switch, Tim programed it), and the price was very fair.

It went well. As with any new construction there were issues, but VMA was always willing to work out the problems with technical expertise and professionalism. All the VMA staff were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The wiring is very neatly installed, not just running all over the place, and all is labeled.

The staff at VMA were very responsive throughout the entire process. I submitted my request for a proposal online and received an email from Lorrayne within 30 minutes to schedule a consult visit. We agreed on a scheduled time for the visit later that week. Tom arrived on time, was very thorough and within a week provided two service options at different price points for us to choose. After selecting our service, we scheduled a date for it to be completed. Tim and his team arrived on time to start the work and called with updates when they were done. He explained everything to me very clearly and was very professional. I was very happy with the overall process and would definitely use VMA again in the future.

We have hired VMA for several projects. 1)The first project is to install a landlord meter for the public area in a MFH. The 2nd project is to upgrade the outlets, lights,alarms and fans in a two-family house. After I talked to Lorraine to make an appointment, Victor and Tim always showed up in the property on time. They checked the existing environment carefully and send me the quote shortly after the visit. On the day of the project implementation, their workers always arrive on time. Punctual is the first impression I got for this group of electrician. During their work on our site, they always keep us posted about the progress because we’re not living around that area. If there was any change, Lorraine always communicated with us promptly. They were responsible for pulling the necessary permits from the city/town and passed the inspection with any problems. Therefore, we’re very satisfied with their projects. 2)Express services: we also contacted them for a few emergency repairs. For example, at 11:00 PM yesterday evening, my tenant told me there is no power in bathroom and basement and several outlets in the kitchen didn’t work either. And even worse, no heating due to power loss. I emailed VMA and asked for an emergency service in the next morning. To my surprise, Lorraine replied to my email with 10 minutes and told me she would arrange somebody onsite the first thing the next morning. At 7:30 AM, I got a call from Mike that he would meet me at 8:00 AM. Finally Mike replaced two broken breakers in the electric panel and fixed the issue. My tenant is thrilled to see an electrician onsite in such a short time. I am impressive for their emergency services. Overall, they did an awesome job! We love working with them.

Every aspect was great working with VMA. I like hiring smaller companies and don't like the big corporations that are focused bottom line and have a million employees of varying skill levels. VMA has enough people to get the work done fast but they have that small business feel. Trustworthy, did a great job, great price, nice people. I'll be using them again next time I need electrical.
