Excellent. Victor came on time to look over job and approximate estimate. Lorrayne communicated to me the proposed estimate and time frame within 34 hours. From then on all went.like clockwork. Matt, Tim and Christian were on time, professional, courteous and very conscientious in their work. They obviously take pride in what they do. As they were completing their agreed upon work I asked for a proposal on some more jobs. They accommodated me and I was glad to get.more done than we had expected. We really contracted VMA twice and will do so again for any other work in the future. Throughout the process Lorrayne in the office kept.me updated and I felt very comfortable in calling to ask for more work to be done. I highly recommend VMA.

This was the third or fourth project that VMA has done at our house. They are reasonably priced and do good work. Victor the owner is very fair and his staff electricians are very courteous and professional. During this most recent project, Victor stopped by on a day his crew was not around to investigate and fix an issue we were having with an infrared remote system they installed on a previous job. That project was no longer under warranty but Victor spent 30-45 minutes fixing it anyway and did not charge us. I will certainly use VMA again when we next need electrical work done.

During the negotiation and contract setup, Lorrayne and Victor always maintained excellent communication via email. They were engaged throughout the process. They always listened to our requests, but also gave recommendations wherever they saw fit. On the day of the work, the electricians Matt and Tim arrived on time. They were very courteous, professional, efficient and respectful of our property. They had to move a lot of stuff around to complete the installation but everything was handled smoothly and carefully. At the end of the day we found a couple of minor visual nitpicks with the installation and they fixed them immediately. We were extremely happy with the results. Follow-up communications after the work continued to be courteous and professional. They made sure we were happy with the work. Overall, it was an very positive experience to work with VMA electrical. I would highly recommend them and hire them again for future services.

I used VMA for my annual generator service and they were awesome. From calling / communicating with the office through the appointment, the service was great. Lorrayne (in the office) is excellent and very responsive. She was able to help me get an appointment that fit my schedule. They showed up for service exactly within the one-hour window I was provided. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

We had a great experience with VMA. Their quote was strong and their customer service was excellent. The electricians were on time, very professional and easy to work with. There was a foot of snow on the ground and it was 8 degrees out, but they still pulled some wires we needed pulled outside.

I called---as an unknown customer---just before long weekend, with "overhead lights out in kitchen".. Lorrayne was extremely courteous, said she'd have someone out first working day after holiday. As promised, phone rang Tuesday AM: Tom would be out same day. Tom came as scheduled. Most polite. Promptly diagnosed and corrected problem. No extensive repair work needed. I am extremely pleased with responsiveness and professionalism of VMA Electric, and plan to use them for all our electrical needs going forward.

VMA did a great job. Initially had them replace the main panel with a larger one, they were very thorough and did a nice, clean installation. Later had them replace the meter box, and perform some minor work (ceiling light installation, change a single- to a two-gang switch, and install a new outlet in the garage. In all cases, they were very professional and did an excellent job.

Extremely well. Constant communication, excellent responsiveness prior to the job. On the day of the job, the electrician was punctual, did a clean job, explained the problems, went over additional details as needed. Took the time to clean up after the job.

These folks are terrific, from the folks in the office to the actual electricians (Matt handled our business). They were timely in their responses, cleaned up after their work was done and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We would and will hire them again for future projects.

Contacted VMA electric via Angie's list. Right away we got response from the administrator. They are very friendly and answered all our questions and scheduled a time for installation. Electricians are very professional and did very good job. They even took time to clean the living area after the work is done. Highly recommend!

Excellent on all fronts. They were responsive and understood our scheduling constraints. They gave us an estimate for the work and a date to be completed. Both were met without fail. No surprises. The office staff was professional, communicated frequently, and was very helpful. The electrician who completed the work was professional, competent, did not take short cuts, worked until the job was completed, cleaned up and was friendly. He had to work in a very small closet and worked virtually all day to complete the project and meet their proposal. This is the first time I used VMA and selected them based on a recommendation of a friend. I did not get quotes from other companies due to our time constraints and because I felt the estimate was fair, the company was professional, and the promised date was what we needed. I was not disappointed, I would/will certainly use them again.

The experience was excellent! I probably couldn't have made the scheduling process any more difficult but Lorrayne was endlessly patient. Everyone I met with was punctual, polite, and professional. I'm very satisfied with the work done and will definitely be contacting them when I need electrical work done in the future.
