Description of Work: We made an appointment for an estimate at the Boston Home Show but later had to cancel. Since then we receive 2-6 hang up calls a day. We answer the phone and no one is on the line, if this an automatic call system it's terrible and extremely annoying. We wouldn't use a service that is this unorganized.

Description of Work: Sales person first came to my home and showed all samples. I loved the maple cabinets and he said that's the most expensive. He had not shown that one to me as he thought it was too expensive. He was professional and very kind. Always returned my phone calls promptly. Then the designer was in the picture and brought me a floor plan which I could tweak with his knowledge. He wanted to give me everything I wanted. He was also very professional, nice, and very prepared for our meeting. My expectations were explained to me thoroughly. They told me what I needed to have done before they could come in and install the cabinets. Again, the gentleman that came to install the cabinets was professional, on time, and did a spectacular job. Living with the new cabinets were great. I had a couple of problems so I called Kitchen Magic and they got someone out to my home within days. I was thrilled. Again, this gentleman was professional and knowledgable with a great sense of humor. Sometimes you truly get what you pay for!!! I highly recommend Kitchen Magic for kitchen replacement!!!!
