Gave me quote up front - tailored quote to inventory of moving items. Showed up on time - very careful with furniture throughout move. I would recommend this company.

Overall it was a good experience. The movers were very helpful and experienced. They were able to get some tricky furniture up some challenging stairwells. A few points to nit-pick. There was no way to account for the time they checked in with me. They showed up and did not confirm or sign a time in to me - thus - at the end of the day, I felt like I had been extra charged for 1/2 hour of work, but I could not dispute as there was no record kept. I was charged for 15 rolls of tape, I have 9 rolls in a nice bag extra left over that they never used but charged. I also provided my own tape that they never touched.

They worked out great! I would highly recommend them!

Professional experience. They showed up during the 1 hour window they said they would. They communicated everything with me I would have wanted. They did their work in a reasonable amount of time. There were no surprises. Treated all my belongings with respect. etc. Overall they made my move a uneventful experience which is exactly what I want.

Very professional, courteous, and did not waste time. I would highly recommend them. (One tip: make sure you are very well-organized. It will make everything go much more smoothly and quickly.)

Very dissatisfied with this company. Move time was double than estimated, that I can get over. The fact that they nickeled and dimed me from the moment they arrived, did not impress me. I understood that I was not purchasing supplies and bought and packed all our belongings, but was then told that I would have to pay for TAPE, because that was the best way to "protect" our stuff. (Totalled about $150 extra). Representative never returned my phone call when I called to complain. Of the 5 companies I hired through Service Magic, this was the worst! They should be more upfront with their charges.

My company's experience was extremely positive in terms of cost, professionalism, and a customer service and moving team that worked closely with us to plan and execute a cost-effective and smooth move.
