They were a good company - the lead on the day of was really excellent, but the remaining staff were only okay. Nothing was broken, however, and they were fairly efficient. It was a tough day in the rain and they were pleasant.

We were able to have so much more moved and we planned because we had everything staged. These guys worked phenomenally. And we were done with our day ahead of schedule.

If you go cross country, you will not get your furniture when expected!! ended up waiting 4 months to get my furniture delivered! Broken legs on two TV stands. Almost all furniture ended up being dented or scratched! Delivery people wanted a big tip to remove the furniture from the truck to a storage unit. Since my furniture was not delivered to my house, they DID NOT need to set up the furniture, as promised, but they refused to remove anything from the truck unless I paid them extra! Complete Nightmare!!!

Most of the movers were great, though one was struggling most of the day. It was pricey, but in line with other well regarded companies.

Hardworking but not very careful with items.

A very positive experience all around from the bidding to the scheduling thru the moving process. I had heavy woodworking equipment that needed moving and it was professionally handled. Total time came in below estimate. I would definitely recommend DN Van Lines.

Price was pretty steep: paid $209/hr for a 2-man crew vs. $90/hr for a different company when I previously moved in November 2018. However, they were punctual, professional, and did a great job with the move. They were also the only company to actually call back with a quote - I guess the labor shortage is affecting the moving Industry as well.

Liz helped us put together a multi-day move, and up until the last day of the move from storage, all was moving along smoothly. Yes, we have broken items that frankly the 0.60 on the pound really does not cover the cost of. Like sculptures, antique shaker baskets, expensive pottery, etc. We should have taken out additional insurance on those types of items. Live and learn. That was not the worst. During the last day of moving, we began to open boxes as they were coming off the truck to find the items. What happened next is the thing that really was disturbing. My wife later reached into a box from the last shipment and pulled out a water bottle half-filled with urine. Mind you, we do not drink bottled water at the house and we went and got water for the team. When I brought this to Odd attention, he asked all the members of the moving team, and surprise, no one admitted to it. Here is his quote. **The only similar situation I have ever dealt with was when a customer complained that items that were clearly trash, like empty bottles of detergent, were packed. In that case, we explained that our crews are taught not to judge what is rubbish and what is not. As the idiom goes, *one man trash is another man treasure*. Is it possible that this was bottle was somewhere in the house and just packed?** Insulting is how I would take this. Oded mentioned that he could find no motive for the action with his team. No pattern of this type of behavior (I would hope not). No one confessed to doing it, therefore, it is something that can not be explained while acknowledging it did happen. Look, I do not care how he handles it within the business. We spent over $16k on this move and I expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Just imagine your wife pulling out a water bottle from a box that is half-filled with urine. I would not recommend using this company for that reason alone.

The movers are very good at what they do. You get what you pay for. They showed up on time and worked very hard for us.

They got our stuff from one place to the other. Have used other moving companies in the past that were far superior. We should have stick with what we knew.

Packers showed up on time, were polite, efficient. The house was packed and loaded on schedule. My estimate was close, but final cost was higher. We are putting our belongings in their climate controlled storage facility unti we buy a new home. Then, we will contact our moving coordinator, Liz, to make arrangements for delivery across country. We are very happy with this company so far.

Get somebody else, it was a nightmare

The team of movers, lead by Gabriel, worked so efficiently and professionally. They were always working as a team to figure out how to fit everything we wanted stored into a POD (temporary move to an apartment) - it was like watching a game of Tetris and they were the Winners! Both my husband and I highly recommend them and will be calling them back when it is time to move into our forever home. Additionally, their rates were very reasonable and the time they took doing our move was less than originally quoted, so bonus!

The team of movers worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. There was constant communication between the movers and the owner. The movers were friendly and personable. They even cleared snow and threw down salt on the pathway to the new home.

The moving crew will hide broken items in the move. If you are not carefully watching the movers all the time you may have an unfortunate surprise. Check everything before you tip.

They did a great job. They carefully wrapped everything but also did it much faster than I thought they would.
