Great experience. Careful, prompt, hard workers. Came in slightly under estimate, which was great. Also liked the built in price for travel to and from the job (important when your move involves Boston or any kind of bad weather).

Presented with problematic parameters (moving a small collection of furniture from Midcape to the Outer Cape, then transporting another another few furniture items to the North Shore), DN Van Lines solved the logistical issues handily. The two-man crew knew their stuff, managed the moving/packing beautifully (and with no damage). We knew from consulting with a total of three potential movers that it wouldn't be inexpensive--not for the amount, but for the distance--but VN quoted $500 less than the next highest option. My guess is that this was all arranged and calculated by a human rather than a (human-operated) computer algorithm. Highly recommended.

They didn't have their own tools (apparently forgot them), so they had to use mine and they couldn't fully reassemble one of the beds due to this issue.

When I wrote the above, I had not yet moved. Having moved I would not recommend them - see new review. I have not yet moved. We are moving from an island and are dependent on the ferry. The dock is being repaired and was supposed to be finished before Memorial Day. However the project is not on schedule which affects packing, moving, closing date because we cannot bring any vehicles to the island. I have been dealing with Liz who is excellent. She responds quickly, is helpful by phone and email. I have had to postpone the move a couple of times because of the dock repair. If the actual move, when it can happen, goes as well as my experience with Liz it will be wonderful.

Very professional from the time i first called the office, she was very helpful and polite. The three man crew did not "slouch" just kept on moving, they were very nice too. I would recommend and also use DN van lines agin.

I have moved multiple times and this company was the BEST by far. The 2 men that moved us were very personable and efficient. Not only did they do their job, but they offered to help out the delivery men with our new furniture. This was the best experience that I have ever had moving, even though it is stressful. They went above and beyond my expectations.
