Description of Work: REPAIRED CHIMNEY BY REPLACING SOME BRICKS AND REPOINTING MORTAR.

+ -1 moreHE SEEMS LIKE A GOOD GUY WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. I WAS JUST HAPPY TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD SHOW UP TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND TO DO THE WORK. THE OTHER PEOPLE I CALLED SAID THEY WOULD COME FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT NEVER DID. SO I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS A SMALL JOB AND I JUST WANTED TO GET IT DONE, SO I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE TOP LAYER OF CEMENT ON MY FOUNDATION, WHICH HAD BROKEN OFF. IT WAS AN AREA OF ABOUT 5 SQUARE FEET.
