Perfect installation, professional service, HIGHLY recommend!!

Jake came out to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. It took about a week for Arrow to get back to us after we sent in our deposit, and the job was scheduled a week later than we were told originally, but the wokmanship was solid and the fence is very attractive. I would recommend Arrow Fence Company. UPDATE 12/19/13 -- I just upgraded Arrow Fence from good to excellent in the responsiveness category. We had one of our gate handles fall off our gate. Arrow came out the same day we called to repair the gate handle. We also asked them for assistance in removing fence panels so that we could get a truck into the backyard to take care of a downed tree. Arrow came out and removed the panels for us and then came back the day after a snowstorm to reinstall them for us. I'm extremely impressed with their customer service and with their responsiveness. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

After initial telephone contact, we visited the showroom and Karen was very helpful. She showed us a very cost effective, attractive way to install a 112 foot fence on the side of our property. Trevor, the salesman, came to the house and measured the property and gave us a price a few days later. I had to call to get the estimate, but then got it very quickly. It included a $150 discount, which I had not expected, for using cedar, which was our first choice. Arrow also honored the Angies list $250 online coupon , for a total $400 off. We had four other estimates, Arrow was a little better even before the discounts. I was very pleased that they were able to install the fence the following week, since the other companies all had waiting times of several weeks. The installation crew was curteous and efficient. The fence is the perfect solution to our privacy concerns. I had to contact Arrow twice to come and remove a temporary brace used at installation to support one post that had to be installed in cement. It was supposed to have been removed in a few days, but it took a couple of weeks for anyone to come. As soon as that was done, we paid the remainder of the invoice. Excellent experience overall, nice people who know what they are doing.

Paul from Arrow Fence was incredibly helpful during the entire process. He came out, explained the process, showed us our choices, and answered a lot of our questions. His crew was great, professional, and fast. After the fence was installed, Paul came back to answer a few additional questions we had. I was very impressed with the level of customer service from the entire company. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were good and gave us a reasonable estimate. We had them do the work and then come back after they had finished to correct a small problem. Their work was satisfactory.

The estimate was done by the owner and he was both prompt, informative and responsive to our needs. He measured carefully and then promptly sent us an estimate. The work was scheduled ASAP- about 3 weeks. After signing the contract, we needed to make a few changes and the office was very helpful with that. The men arrived promptly on the designated installation day. The owner accompanied the team that morning, introduced his workers, showed them what needed to be done, and told me to walk the job at the end and make sure it was all done according to our needs. The three intallers worked about half a day and the fence is perfect. They squared it off for us, buried the bottom of the chainlink so animals can't get in easily, adjusted the cable on the bottom so it holds the fence tight. Could not ask for a better job. We highly recommend Arrow Fence. We could not be happier with the new fence.

Cost was about twice what other companies were estimating. Very professional, but much too expensive.

This was in November 2011 and I am sure the quality has improved. I see on Angie's list that the company has a perfect rating. However, the following experience with Arrow Fence should not be unmentioned. Arrow Fence provided a fair price quote for a fence repair after the hurricane separated fence posts from planks. The company set new fence posts and used good, solid material. However, nails supposedly connecting the planks with the posts were barely connecting the two. The next strong wind may rip this construction apart again. Due to travel and a hectic week, we handed the check over before inspecting the work. After inspecting the work, we called Arrow Fence and requested a follow up repair that would fix the barely connected joints. We provided them via email with photographs of the poor quality. The company never came back out. The fence has now survived 1.5 years and we hope it will continue to do so. The lack of follow up after they received their money was disappointing.

He gave us a very good price, came promptly, left no evidence of having been here except for the fence itself, and did a great job overall. I'd definitely recommend him to my neighbors (and so would the dogs!).

We just love our new fence. From our initial consult with Paul to the final install, we couldn't be happier with the job done by Arrow Fence. Arrow fence installed a white vinyl privacy fence across the back of our property and a white vinyl picket fence around the rest of our yard. The crew showed up first thing and Paul was there to walk through the job with us. They finished an immaculate installation in 1 day.

I used them last year. The price was reasonable and they did a nice job. They were excellent and they had good recommendations. They were nearby. The quality of their work was very good. They were here when it was raining and it was finished in a day.

We are very pleased with the work that Arrow Fence performed. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a fencing company. First, they were incredibly responsive. Paul took the time to meet with us and talk through the various options for our property. He explained the options in detail. He gave advice and where to put the fence, the size and type to choose given our goals, etc. They turned around a quote in 24 hours. Within days of agreeing to the quote, they had a crew here to install the fence, even though they were fully booked. They made an effort to finish the job quickly even with the weather and -- more importantly -- to finish it before the weather became worse and the ground frozen solid. It was amazing; they installed the fence just in time. I was absolutely stunned at how responsive they were. Second, they performed a high quality job. The fence looks professionally installed: the fence is straight and even, the gate is absolutely beautiful -- it opens and locks well, the holes in the ground to hold the gates open were drilled perfectly. Also, they picked the perfect location to place the gate. We just simply could not be happier. We also intend to have them back to fix / replace the fence in our front yard. I recommend Arrow Fence without hesitation.

Arrow Fence called in advance and arrived promptly for the estimate phase of the service. Paul was very outgoing and professional. He recommended a very stylish but functional handrail style. I received an estimate by e-mail before the end of business the same day. The price was right on target and the quality of the product exceeded expectations! Since this was a "custom" job, the rails had to be constructed. I was very impressed that they were installed less than a week later! The hand rails were solidly installed and are very functional. The house looks fantastic! I have already recommended Arrow Fence to my friends, family and colleagues. Great job!

I had Arrow Fence install my stockade fence 7 years ago and was very pleased with the job. So when I needed help to make repairs, I called them to do the work. Ray Sullivan, one of the owners of Arrow Fence, came out again this time to help me figure out how to correct my problems. He arrived on time, gave me great advice, and came up with an effective solution to fit my needs. He is very polite, personable, listens to his client's needs, and always tries to come up with a reasonable solution that does not require unnecessary expenditures. Ray is honest and does not try to sell you something that you do not need. In fact he was willing to use a brand new pressure treated post that my brother had leftover fom a previous purchase at this company. The workers came earlier than anticipated and completed the job in a short amount of time before I came home. At our meeting, Ray had given me a great suggestion that involved cutting off the bottom, unsightly part of the section that had begun to rot due to bark mulch resting to close to it. Unfortunately the men forgot to do this task before attaching the sections together, but fortunately my brother offered to do this job in the near future to prevent further rotting. Despite this I still highly recommend this company. They are respectful of your property when they complete a job and always leave your yard in good condition when they are done. Arrow did a spectacular job from start to finish. Their price was comparable to the other estimates I received, but they put in a much nicer fence. I could not decide what style fence I wanted. Paul Sullivan was very patient and gave me great advice. I feel as though I got a great fence at a very reasonable price. Their estimate was spot on. There were no hidden charges or extras added on at the end. The fence was installed ahead of schedule. Paul Sullivan was great to work with. He came out twice before the job started, again while the work was going on, and again when the work was complete to answer some questions. He was pleasant and professional and responsive. I will have Arrow replace the remainder of my fence when necessary. I highly recommend Arrow!

During the Halloween storm of 2011 several mature trees crashed my pool fence necessitating repair. Even during that rather busy period Arrow responded quickly with a quote to repair. When spring time came I decided rather than just a repair I would make a few changes / expansion. They promptly came back out for another estimate, no questions asked. The price seemed fair. Not inexpensive, but nothing is these days. The work was done in very short order and generally was great. A few follow up items were noted, but they were very responsive. The only oddity is that a black chain link fence, with black posts/gates/rails, was installed with straight galvanized bolts, rather than black bolts. The original fence was all black bolts, so I know they exist.

Great experience. One of the owners came by to give us a quote. He was very knowledgable and helped us decide what type of fence would look best for our property. We also received a quote from another company and it was $1,000 higher than Arrow. We decided to go with Arrow due to the price and the friendly, knowledgable contact. The work was scheduled and I think the owner came back again to confirm everything before any holes were dug. We could not be happier with the look of our property now that we have the privacy fence. We will definitely use Arrow Fence for any future work. They also installed a beautiful granite post mailbox for us. Looks gorgeous.
