jake was excellent, super patient with us while we explored options and we took a few months to decide what was feasible for us. he offered creative ideas on ways to fence in our side yard and suggested materials that would look and work best for our needs. within a couple weeks of signing the quote and issuing deposit, he and his team of 3 arrived right on time first thing in the a.m. and finished within a few hours. work was done professionally, efficiently, diligently. they cleaned up everything as soon as they were done and left us with a beautiful product. would highly recommend working with jake and his team.

We had a great experience working with Arrow Fence. Barry was professional, prompt and always responsive. We got a few quotes to replace about 150 feet of cedar fence and are very happy with the result. All premium cedar dog ear style fence with cedar posts and cap. Jake at the office always responded with emails and walked us through a sample build of the fence. Barry followed up with a fix on a concern we had and also assured us future service if needed on the fence as some posts had cracked/"checked". I would definitely hire them again!!

Barry came as scheduled. He did a thorough review of the scope of work. I liked his approach and friendliness. Unfortunately, he never send a quote. Hoping to engage the company, I followed up twice by phone, to no avail. Three weeks later, after I sent an email expressing disappointment at the silence, responded with an email of apology saying, " Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a repair estimate as you are on the outer most fringe of our sales territory and I am not confident that we would be able to commit the man power to make the repairs required." Sure wish he had indicated that three weeks earlier.

Wonderful. Ray was professional, concerned about saving us money, and a general all-around great guy. The workers were prompt, careful, and polite. We got three quotes. Arrow had the most reasonable, and they did the job. Bravo.

Fantastic. We worked with Ray on the quote. He was flexible in terms of coming out to get a lay of the land and even came back out a second time to answer some follow-up questions that we had. Communication was quick and clear and the work was booked quickly. The work itself was done in a day and a half - and it was a BIG job. The guys worked really hard. We would absolutely use Arrow again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They did fulfill what we asked for, but they were unresponsive. We had to wait a long time for them to even come and give us an estimate. He quoted us a ridiculous amount for a single panel on a vinyl fence. On top of that I emailed the sales representative because we had discussed purchasing a mailbox post they carry. He never answered me even after I emailed him twice. He was polite, but I felt they did not want to deal with me because I had such a little job. The estimate was even not good, it was just a little line of information.

Pleasant office staff scheduled estimate within a few days. Professional fence installers did an excellent job and actually did the job a day early. Very pleased with the work.

On the Angie's List front page it says, "Contact us today to schedule a FREE ESTIMATE[...]". I was informed that an estimate about fencing done by another company would cost $65. May still call them later if other vendors don't pan out, but please update your information to reflect current policy.

Everything was done exactly as promised with regard to time frame and execution. Barry was always available to answer questions as they arose. The challenge of avoiding damage to some trees and shrubs that had overgrown the old fence was dealt with expertly. The crew was professional and helpful and left the site in great condition.

Arrow had the best price for the work among the 5 companies which I had estimates from. They showed up when scheduled and removed old fence with new. When they left there was no sign they had been there (all the dirt had been neatly replaced, all debris gone) other than I had a beautiful new fence. Very impressed with their work.

The quote and installation process went very smoothly. The installation crew were friendly, did an excellent job and worked extremely hard to finish teh job in one day.

We are very happy with the entire process, the advice of the sales rep and the final product. Neighbors have commented on how nice the fence is, too.

The company did a great job! Barry came out within a week after I called. He answered all my questions and provided an estimate within 24 hours. He provided all the information I needed to get the yard flagged for safe digging. Within three weeks, Barry brought out a crew, and they completed the fence that day! The guys were careful, fast, and very hard workers. I was impressed, and the fence looks fantastic.

Better than I could have hoped. Jake was amazing to work with. He provided options, suggestions and guidance through the whole process. Jake was very patient with us and made three trips to our house to provide new quotes. He communicated with us through the process and made installation seamless. We would absolutely recommend Arrow and use them again.

Arrow Fence Repaired multiple panels and posts on an aging fence. Trevor Sullivan responded quickly to my inquiries and provided an estimate for the repair in a timely manner. He carefully determined which items needed to be replaced and which items were still sound. The job required obtaining panels to exactly match the existing fencing which the company was able to provide. The quality of the work was excellent and efficient. Moreover, the price of the repair was 60% less than the company that originally installed the fence. I recommend them highly.

After researching and getting quotes from other vendors, we decided to go with Arrow Fence based on reputation. They installed a cedar fence with gate around our back yard. While the finished product is quality work*, there was a severe lack of communication. The estimate we were provided was that the job would take 2 days. They started the job on a Monday, completing 90% of the fence. When they didn't come back on Tuesday, we were surprised and called to find out when we could expect them back. We received a call the next day saying that all gates are custom-built and they hoped to finish the job by Friday. The extra timeframe was never provided on the quote by Arrow and never discussed with me or my husband. Cut to Friday. They did not come to the house as expected. My husband then called Arrow and was told they would not be able to complete the job until probably Sunday. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We had to reschedule plans for that weekend plus went a week when our dog couldn't be left in the yard unsupervised. Understanding that June is a busy time of year to have a fence installed, we expected the job to take some time. However, we expected it to be done in the time quoted. *The only issue we had with the finished product is the gate lock. It was very difficult to open/shut to the point that one really needed to put a lot of effort into pushing/pulling the gate open. Due to the problems we had already experienced with the vendor, my husband ended up fixing the lock. To clarify, after my husband contacted the vendor when they said they would not be able to come out until Sunday, Arrow did make it out on Saturday to complete the job. We were very happy to have the job finished completely although we were not able to show it off until the weekend after originally planned. The fence certainly looks great. We would not recommend this vendor. Thank you to Arrow for your reply regarding our review. We are happy to hear you stand behind your work and honor your warranty. Work was completed on time and of good quality. Even came back out to adjust positioning of gate locking rod in order to accommodate pet needs.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Arrow Fence Company. We needed to replace our cedar fence and got three estimates. John, from Arrow Fence, came out and measured and made suggestions and emailed us the estimate a few days later. John's estimate was in the middle of the 3 estimates we received, but we felt he was the most experienced and knowledgable, providing us with the best options and ideas. They had to custom-make our fence and it was ready in about 2 weeks. The crew that came out to install the fence was very professional, courteous, and hard-working. Once the fence was installed, we noticed that there was an opening on the bottom of the last section because our yard has a large slope and we were concerned that our small dogs would get out. John came out and measured the section to create another piece to block that area. He came back on his own time a couple days later to install the new section, which looked really nice and provided the security we needed for the dogs. He didn't charge us for the additional section, which had to be custom-made at the shop, or his time or service. We found Arrow Fence Company to be a class act and plan on using them again in the future to replace our side fence.

It's a quality fence and they're very friendly people. I would use them again.

We're happy with the results. The rail looks great and is a big help for our aging relatives. It took a couple of calls to get someone out to measure - apparently the first message I left didn't get through to the right person. Jake came out to look at the job and told us that we'd only need one rail - we'd initially thought to have a rail installed on each side of the steps - which was great because it cut the cost of the job in half. He told us that in a couple of weeks, once the rail had been fabricated, we'd get a call to schedule the installation. We never got the call but came home one afternoon to find the rail installed.

From start to finish, Arrow Fence's owner Jake Sullivan and his crew did an excellent job. Jake's estimate, job schedule and work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Jake and his office staff communicated all aspects of the project time line in a friendly and professional manner. We would highly recommend Arrow Fence Company for fencing needs and would hire them again for any future hardscape needs!

This is the second time I have worked with Arrow Fence in 2014. Jake Sullivan had suggested adding "puppy pickets" to an antique double swing gate which separates my yard from the driveway. He offered three design alternatives, custom fabricated the "puppy pickets," and Arrow welded them to the gate. The appearance is great, as is the fuctionality. Because this was a small job, we had agreed that it could be scheduled at the end of the season; Jake kept in touch, and the work was done on schedule and at the exact price estimated.
