We were having a problem with ants in our home...we had a recommendation from a friend for another exterminator who had given us a price that we felt was rather expensive. So, we looked on Angie's List and found AAA Pest. We were so happy that we did! The price was extremely reasonable (much lower than the other quote we had received). The exterminator was very knowledgeable about pest control, very thorough and professional. Because it was "late" in the season, he couldn't guarantee that spraying would eliminate our ant problem 100%....but in fact, it did! We haven't seen an ant since! We will definitely call AAA next year to spray for ants and hornets. We would highly recommend them.

Scott did a great job for us getting rid of our carpenter ants. He seemed to be at the house for a long time so it was a thorough job going through ceiling voids, plumbing voids and spraying inside and out. He was friendly but professional and really seemed to know what he was talking about, and that has been backed up by the few weeks that have now passed since his visit which have been ant-free. Having pests invade your home, whatever the species, can be an emotive subject, and I think it would be relatively easy to get ripped off just to buy yourself that peace of mind at whatever cost. Or to put off sorting out a problem out of fear of what they mind find! But that's not the case at all with this company - they don't try to sell you anything you don't need and there is no fuss, drama or scare tactics. Just a common sense approach, to treat the problems that are there, using years of experience and reliable methods backed up with a guarantee of the treatment. He was also careful to work around our cat and reassuring about the chemicals used. We will definitely use him for any similar problems in the future and we will have him back in the fall to prevent any winter mouse problems.

We had seen a mouse in the house. He came to the house and found the entrance where the mouse got in, set traps in case there were more, and went above and beyond by helping us get rid of the mouse that my cat had trapped.

Excellent. Scott was on-time, professional and knowledgeable.

He is very punctual and he makes sure to work around pets and small children. He is very effective.

They have been very good. They always come out right away and they seem to be pretty competent. We have no complaints.
