I had a yellow jacket nest under a chair on my desk holding my grill hostage on July 3. They stung the crap out of me and I couldn't take care of the nest myself. I called and left Scott a message at 9AM; he called me back within half and hour and arranged to come that afternoon. He quickly took out the nest of "super aggressive" yellow jackets and made arrangements to come back next week for a preventative treatment. Great price, less than half what some other companies quoted me to take out a single nest. Thanks!

I needed a large hornets nest removed from my Moms house that I was trying to sell. The nest was under the porch, next to the back stairs. Not good, when you are planning an open house. I left a message on the answering machine. Scott returned my phone call the same day and removed the nest the next day...less than 24 hours after I had called him. I was very pleased with his service, communication and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him.

Scott gave me a call to talk me through what he thought was going on and why I did NOT need to have him do any work. He provided me with some solutions I could do on my own and some suggestions for any fixes going forward. He called me back on the same day and walked me through all my questions.

The work went very well! I called Scott Morse of AAA Pest Control, Inc., of Mansfield, MA, on the morning of Friday, August 12, 2016. Though I expected an answering machine, Scott answered the phone himself, took my information about a very large hornet's nest making its home under by back deck. He assured me that the hornet's nest would be gone by the time I arrived home from work. And he was true to his word. During I conversation, I asked whether he wanted a credit card to assure payment for the work, and he responded that he would leave a bill for services rendered after he'd had a chance to assess the situation and the amount of the bill. He did so, and I was happy to mail in my prompt payment. I was very pleased with this particular A-Rated Angie's List provider!!!

My deck has the vynl clad railings, which are hollow, and I had noticed some yellow jackets congregating around a specific little hole into the biggest railing. I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a return call the next day and Scott came over that afternoon. I showed him where I had noticed the yellow jackets coming and going from, and he promptly killed them all off - and did some extra spraying inside the other little deck holes where yellow jackets could possibly be hiding. He told me if any came back the next day to call him and he would spray again - but there was no reappearance. This is the third time I've used AAA Pest Control, and if I have any issues in the future, I'll definitely be calling them again. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced.

Showed up on time. Knew where nest was after short time (from info from me, sighting of bees outside and listening to wall inside). Discussed options of what to spray to remove bees and others still outside. Provided chosen option with efficiency and good price.

Scott removed 3 large hornets nests that were on my gutter. Out of 4 companies he was the only one to call me back right away. He was willing to come right out the next day but I had him reschedule as I would be at work that day. He called me 30 mins before arriving to let me know he was I. The way. He was very professional and removed two of the nests that were reachable. He also sprayed another best that was inside the gutter.

We were finding ants on our kitchen counter, floor, walls and sometimes upstairs. Last year we had put ant traps out thinking that would get rid of them but it wasn't really working. This year when we started seeing ants we decided to call a professional. We are so glad we did! Scott came in and treated our home for an infestation of carpenter ants. Scott explained that there was most likely a nest somewhere inside the house. Within a matter of 10 minutes he found the nest in the basement under the insulation. He called me to come down to look. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a very large infestation and the ants were just falling to the floor after he sprayed. He was pretty confident that within a matter of hours to one day I wouldn't see anymore ants. It was the best decision we ever made to call Scott and well worth the price. You will love working with Scott. He is very personable, on time, polite, professional and explains everything. He has over 30 years of experience. We will definitely call him again for pest control but hopefully not too soon!

Scott was very nice, personable, professional and on time. He introduced himself and then detailed what he was going to do for taking care of my problem with wasps and bees. I have now been able to sit outside and enjoy my deck ! I will be calling Scott again because now I have an ant problem inside my house.

On the first visit we just bought our house and I was remodeling our kitchen, when I got the walls down I saw what might be termite or carpenter ant damage. I called and he came down that afternoon. He explained it was powder Beatles and they left and I could continue my work. He was extremely informative and very nice. No charge for the visit. 2nd visits. We found a bunch of dead and in our back sunroom tile. We called Scott and once again he came down on short noticed and put our fears at ease. Our house is build on a slab and theywere slab ants. He told to us to plug the hole. He was very knowledgeable about the patters and activities the pest have. We live in a damp area with not much sun light; I asked him about a maitance package, he said don't bother. Call me every 6 month and he'll spray. Its very rare to find someone who is actually interested in informing and doing what is best for the customer. We will absolutely use him again for and exterminator needs. I suggest you do

Scott provided a free assessment of some damage that seemed possibly caused by pest activity. Fortunately, there was no current problem. He was very informative and I would certainly call again if I needed his services.

No return mice problem so far. Professional, courteous, responded quickly to call.

Had hundreds of bees going in and out of eave. Called in the morning and he was there that afternoon to spray, then checked back the next day. Not a single bee seen since.

After checking with Angie's List, we called AAA Pest Control and Scott came out promptly, identified that they were yellow jackets and sprayed it. Following day, he came back to remove the nest to haul off. It was quite large and he took the time to answer questions and educate us with how yellow jackets build these nests, etc. We were so glad to have rid of it rather than having to deal with a bigger one by the fall and future queens from it. Scott was very professional, thorough and very reasonable cost. We will definitely call him again for more of his services...couldn't be happier!

I called on a Tuesday and requested a Friday visit to kill off a hornet/wasp nest and a yellow jacket nest - he was willing to come right away, but Friday was more convenient for me. He showed up promptly at 4pm. I showed him both nests and he advised against spraying the wasp nest on our house, saying since they weren't a problem inside, the first frost would kill them off. He then sprayed the yellow jacket nest in our back yard. He said to avoid the area for about 2 hours whilst they were dying off, and then check in the morning. If I saw any activity, I should call him and he would come back. So, I did check: no activity. Yellow jackets had been vanquished. And all for what I thought was a very reasonable price of fifty bucks. This is the second time I have used AAA Pest Control, and I am just as pleased as I was the first time.

Whilst having carpentry work performed, discovered very large ants nest extending deep within our home. That was on Friday. I left message which was promptly responded to, and early Monday, Scott arrived. He was especially thorough and certainly seemed to spend far more time than his fee reflected. He had asked the cabinets beneath the sinks be cleaned out which aided his work there. Otherwise he needed nothing from us.. He sprayed in the basement, then along all the (baseboard) radiators, beneath the kitchen cabinets, and behind the dishwasher. Upstairs he even got behind the tub and the shower (via closets - I'm sure I missed some places) Then outside, he drilled and sprayed (then plugged) numerous outside locations. When he was done with all that, he had another potion he sprayed completely around the house.. at least a foot high and at least a foot out from the foundation. He clearly works to resolve the issue in one visit and isn't interested in milking long term 'renewals' like those national firms. He comes by in a flash, kills the bugs, and stands behind his work. If he comes back, it's because you have a new issue and were impressed the first time ! Compared to everyone else I spoke to, this visit paid for my subscription many times over.

I found AAA Pest Control on AngiesList, called them at 11am, and by 1:30 pm (same day!), the bees were dying. He showed up quickly, on time, and did a great job. I will definitely use him again if any other pests invade.

Great experience, called on a Friday, was able to perform the spray on a Tuesday. He also had to come back a few days later due to rain. Super nice guy and totally recommend.
