Description of Work: Milne installed a new furnace for us. They were pleasant, professional and completed the job with one small delay due to an excessive number of service calls. They responded to phone calls and provided information as requested, and the cost of the service was what they quoted. The only negative was a missed appointment with no call. Everything else was great, and the furnace is working well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kevin was very professional and nice. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, friendly. And efficient. It was a good experience.
