Representative came promptly to supply an estimate. When I accepted, I had to insist on receiving a written description for the work and price, which Mr. Lobsang Paljur wrote out on a memo pad. Perhaps due to a misstatement on his part, I expected the work to be done a month later. It was actually done two months later. He called the night before, to say they would be there at 8:30. They arrived about 9:30. As he had no written record of what he had promised, Mr. Paljur asked to see, what I had made him put in writing. The workmen completed the job efficiently by mid-afternoon and cleaned up carefully. While it had not been specified, they replaced a small section of roof board, that was in bad shape.

Lobsang is terrific. Very responsive, and honest.

I selected Tibet Construction company based on Angie's List scores and because estimate was more reasonable than those of three others companies. On time, on budget. Extremely competent/skilled, and quality workmanship, excellent attitude exhibited by the owner, and all workers - all Tibetan. Very good work-site clean-up every day. Attentive to protecting plantings from potential damage. Workers actually sang together as they worked - amazing and wonderful ! Very pleasant to work with. Quite flexible, very considerate, friendly, and responsive to us as owners. Very hardworking staff - no downtime, no delays in the schedule as promised. Forthcoming in explaining the course of the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Lobsang and his crew to anyone needing roofing work done on their home. I can't recommend them highly enough. It was an altogether enjoyable experience with this contractor - of course the noise of hammering comes with the job.

Lobsang was very responsive when first contacted. He gave us an estimate very quickly. The started and finished the job on time. His price was reasonable. They did a good job of clean-up.

They were very good. A lot of roofer do not call you back but they were super responsive. They were very accommodating in the middle of that horrible storm that we had.

Company came out to give price estimate.
