It was a good experience. I understood them all, if you get a little curve in them it is more work for them and it will cost more. Good price. It was done on time, it was done quickly and neatly.

Very well overall. The measure to install time was quicker than I imagined, Work was done well and the crew was professional, friendly and responsive to my questions. The price was very reasonable and they honored the Angie's List terms. They also went beyond in offering me additional choices when the ones in the Angie's List offer were not in the color family I wanted. I wish they'd had a larger slab so I didn't have to have a seam. That's my only slightly negative review point.

It was a very pleasant experience. OG came out with all their different options and answered all my questions so I could make a quick decision. There was no haggling over price, in fact they wanted to make sure I got a good deal. The install was great. The product is outstanding. Very happy with the entire process and the finished product!! No major issues. These guys were pleasant and easy to deal with and did a nice job.

We did not actually go with the original deal because the color of quartz did not work for us. We were able to work out another deal with Jose. Communications was not bad at all. And the crew with Nelson as a lead (hope I spelled his name correct) did an amazing job. We replaced countertops at our previous place and now the guys showed us how the job is supposed to be done. I would highly recommend OG Marble & Granite.

It looks great and the company was very accommodating regarding my schedule and very prompt, easy and pleasant to work with.

They charged me more than the Big Deal price. I was surprised because I thought it was supposed to be exactly $1,299 and it was more than that. Basically I was pleased with them. They kept to a schedule, they did what they said they were going to do. The only issue was that I expected a certain granite, and they brought and began to install a different granite, so there was - not a dispute exactly - but I rejected the color that they put on. But I left it as it was; I didn't make them take it off. But there was a problem with the color. I think that they wrote down the wrong sample. They disputed and I can't prove it, but I had expected one color and the put in another color. Fortunately, the color that they did put in - it's New Caledonia - was beautiful, so I just allowed it to stand. I didn't make them take it down and do it over. Their charges are itemized on the bill, I think, in very general terms. The quality of service was good except this color business. Otherwise, their work was very good and they were punctual. They were pretty good, but not absolutely on the mark.

Jose and his crew did a great job installing new granite countertops. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was to satisfaction before leaving. I'd hire or recommend them to anyone.

Perfectly. Jose and his associates were amazing. Genuinely nice folks who do great work. Would highly recommend them. Be prepared to pay 50% after the template is made and the balance upon installation. Their invoicing system is a work in progress.

It went well. For finishing touches we had to call them back as there was some gap between the back splash and the wall that they said a painter should fill and caulk. However they did come back and caulk when we pressed

Job went great! Jose was very responsive and flexible accommodating my work schedule. The job was done on time and came out fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend Jose and team for granite counter tops.

They were very responsive, Jose emailed back quickly if I had questions, they finished the job in good time (less than 2 weeks wait between template and installation). It would have been better to have a drawing of the island countertop before they brought in the final piece - it is acceptable but I would have preferred a slightly more rounded overhang)

Jose was very professional and responsive. Service was done on time. Only concern about granite quality. Granite was not enough thick and quality was good (not best) but for price, it's ok. Ill definitely recommend for small house

Second time we have used OG for natural stone countertops (first was cape vacation home). The quality is great and unequaled customer service. Highly recommend them.

They were excellent from start to finish. I would work with Jose and his crew again and have already told others about them.

All good overall. My only suggestion would be to verify the measurements when they come to do the template.

5 men showed up and worked hard to get the countertops installed in 4 hours.
