They were professional and excellent. Their timeline did the job within a week. Their never overcharged. They responded to requests almost promptly. I think that one would not find a better company than this one for stone countertops.

There was deal offer from this vendor on Angie which I claimed. 5 days went by and I got no call from them. Then I call the office and I got a quote from them which was twice the price that was advertised in the offer. I told them this is not what you are advertising on Angie and they responded that they will not honor the offer.

These guys were great! Very professional and accommodating!!! And, the best value I found after price shopping quite extensively.

They have been great with the estimate process so far.

OG Marble and Granite did a superb job on our kitchen remodel in Reading. Jose gave us an estimate that was over $1000 less than two other competitors. He was easy to work with and his work was timely. After carefully measuring for our new granite countertops and having them cut without any seams, we discovered a problem that we created when we put in a new backsplash that changed dimensions. His crew didn't complain, but went about their business and modified the space so as to fit the new countertop without creating a seam.The end result was a tight-fitting, beautiful granite countertop to finish off our remodel. Great job!

The entire process from choosing the colors for each unit, to measuring for the template and installation was done professionally and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jose and his team are courteous and did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmen left the area as neat as they found it and were meticulous in the installation process.

They did a fabulous job in installing my granite kitchen counter tops. They offered many very nice styles, they were always fast in responding to my emails and prompt when coming to my home. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of new granite.

I did a search on Angie’s List for granite counter installers and was impressed by the reviews for OG Marble & Granite, so I called for an estimate. Jose arranged a free estimate and we met him at our new property. He’s impressive! I’ve been hiring contractors for multiple properties for over thirty years and I put him in with the best of the best. First of all he’s a polite young man and secondly there was no upselling. He was running a deal on Angie’s List and that’s exactly what we paid. Everything was done in a timely manner and the workmen were careful. They cleaned up inside and outside the townhouse before leaving and the new counters look great. The reviews were accurate, OG is a good company to do business with - Thank You, Jose!

A great experience! Jose Guzman responded to my call promptly, clearly understood what I needed to have done, quoted a fair price, asked for a photo of the sink area via email, quickly confirmed the price, and then worked his team's schedule around my plumber's because pipes needed to be disconnected before they could begin their work. He was responsive throughout the process. Further, Nestor and Nelson, the team that did the work were extremely polite and professional. The sink hadn't been mounted originally the way everyone expected, but they they had the knowledge necessary and were able to work through that wrinkle. They also had the tools and equipment necessary to do the job well, (no running off to a supply house) and left the whole area so tidy nobody would have ever known I'd had anything done. When the plumber returned to re-connect the pipes he too observed what a good job they'd done. Bottom line - I applaud and recommend OG Marble and Granite.

From consult to when the work was done, Jose and his entire team were very professional and made sure we understood the services we were getting. On the day of the work, the men came in 10mins early. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Will definitely hire them again.

I Contacted OG Marble & Granite - surprised to get a very quick consult with Jose, the boss. He was right on time. I looked at the granite and quartz samples he brought. He helped narrow them down to my price range. Being undecided, he brought me to one of his granite factories nearby. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I chose a granite slab from the factory - it was installed the next week! I was thrilled - so quick! I love the choice. The workmanship of the crew blew me away. Jose’s crew are true experts, hard working, they know what they are doing! Amazing amazing outcome. Couldn’t be happier. These guys are pros!! I wish I had done this years ago. Didn’t realize it was affordable. This has totally transformed my kitchen. I hate to leave it. I would use them again without hesitation.

We hired OG marble and Granite to replace Formica counter tops in our condo. Overall we are very satisfied. When we had a few glitches, Jose was extremely responsive, easy to reach and communicate with. The installation crew, template person were all very professional polite and respectful. They cleaned up and left no mess. When issues crop up, the real test of customer service is revealed and Jose never wavered on being responsive and extremely polite. This is rare.

Cant say enough about how proficient and nice this company is. Would definitely hire again.

It went well and I would have given the company an "excellent" rating except for a very inconvenient week's delay in completing the project, due to the fact that the countertop section around my sink was "mis-measured" by the company and did not fit the sink at the first attempt at installation. This section had to be returned to the factory and prefabricated; meanwhile my water and gas were both disconnected and my kitchen was thus out of commission for a week in December (holiday time!) If there were a box for "would you hire again?" labeled "maybe" I would have checked this. Other things about the company were fine, but mis-measuring expensive countertops seems like a rookie's mistake.

From the time that I contacted OG Marble they were very cordial. They were punctual in their appointments, very professional in their services and quality of work. Scott was very courteous and even brought samples to the house for us to choose from. They completed the work in the time that they specified. The workmen were very respectful of the work area took much care to clean up after they were done.

The end result exceeded my expectations! Jose and his team were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable...true artisans of their craft. My condo is in an older building (1910) and they were very precise and exercised great care to make sure my new counters were level and that the new appliances fit perfectly (slide-in gas range). All around, a great experience.

Team's involved were great - very friendly and professional. Did a great install job and excellent clean-up afterwards. I would definitely use the firm again.

Giovanni was a life saver. I live in Arizona, and planned to be in MA for only the month of July to make extensive improvements in order to put house on the market. I spent 2 months prior to our trip trying to find someone to repair this repulsively ugly crumbling porch and stairs in front of the house to no avail - everyone was too busy, or the job wasn't big enough for them, or they didn't have any availability until August. Finally found someone to build a deck over the porch halfway through our stay, but his work was hideously wrong with code violations all over the place. We fired him and started at square one. I saw Giovanni's company on Angie's list and thought I would give one more company a call. He was able to come out quickly (the next day I believe), and recommended repairing the concrete and topping it with a nice granite, and some stone work on the vertical portions of the stairs in between the granite steps. He was able to do the job in 1 day and it was beautiful. I went from feeling despair that I was going to be stuck selling a house with no curb appeal because of the monstrosity of a front entrance and getting offers much lower, to being amazed at house beautiful the front entrance was. I've attached 2 before and 2 after pictures.
