I wanted extra keys and was never told they would cost me 35 each. This is a standard lock and was in shock to know i owed 35 for each key and had 8 made! I flet they took advantage of me! 35 per key is high and i skould h e been told!

Very happy with my experience with Mass Lock. They responded promptly and set up an appointment. "Nick," their technician, showed up precisely on time, and he was pleasant (fun!), bright, skilled, and professional. He assessed our situation, consulted with the home office and came up with a fair price, and proceeded to change 5 locks in our home. It was an easy and very successful encounter.

They responded to my request quickly, even with lots of snow. The truck couldn't make the swing to pull into the driveway due to snow so the locksmith parked at the end of the street and walked up. He worked through all of the different lock issues and the doors now close!!
