Very thorough cleaning, including various floor surfaces with appropriate chemicals. We provide equipment and cleaning supplies, but they do have their own (we provide our own to minimize exposure to allergens). They clean weekly and typically come on the same day/time, but are flexible to meet our needs. Happy to recommend them.

The cost depended on how many times I wanted them out. They gave me the estimate on cleaning three rooms a bathroom and a hall way that I would like done. Until they actually do the work and I see how it comes out, I am not in a condition to recommend. The two women that came out to tell me about the company were very good and very personable and they got right back to me with their estimate. She was here when she said she would be with no problems and was very professional. I will be using them in the future based on what I have seen so far.

From the first time they cleaned our house, we have been extremely impressed with Maids R Us. This is the fourth housecleaning service that we've used, and by far they are the best we've seen. We really look forward to coming home after they've cleaned because the house is just spotless. They pay attention to detail, and deal with our cluttered house very well. And, on a personal note, Vivian and her crew are extremely professional and kind. We highly recommend Maids R Us.

I can't recommend Vivian and crew enough. They are dependable, honest, easy to work with (communicate via email and phone), and Vivian always goes above and beyond. (Once we were even locked out of our house, and after trying every other manner to get in, we called Vivian. Without hesitation, she hopped in her car and drove the 30 minutes to let us in to our house with the set of keys we gave her.) We have recommended her to all of our friends--everyone loves Vivian and her team. They have never broken anything, are honest, very easy to work with and do a great job every time. She'll buy supplies for you, or you can buy them yourself (they leave a check list of what you need when you're running low on something...one less thing for me to think about!).

We were referred to/met Vivian and Maids R Us through a family memeber who was using their services and was very pleased. From the minute Vivian came to take a look at our house and we started talking about the strategy, methods, and products they would employ, we knew that we would be very pleased with their work. And we have been for more than two years. While home on maternity leave I had to opportunity to meet some of the staff (usually the cleaning took place while my husband and I were at work) and they were very lovely and considerate, not to mention professional.

Overall it went very well. I misunderstood the time they were to arrive. They waited and then called my cellphone and I was able to be there within 15 minutes of the call. They were gracious about my oversight, even though this made their departure time later than they had planned. That's part of what I meas by professionalism.

She is highly reliable, honest, and thorough; she has never let me down. I give her my highest recommendation!
