Her cleaners are punctual, professional and incredibly pleasant to work with. They are proactive and responsive. It is just a pleasure to work with Maids R Us. We can’t recommend them more highly.

Viviane was responsive from the very beginning. I contacted two services on Angie's List. Maids R Us was 10% cheaper. They also bought cleaning supplies for me, which I reimbursed them for. The cleaning was thorough and Viviane arrived on time. I will use them again for monthly cleanings in the future.

Maids R Us are a fantastic option for a standing home cleaning. They are thorough, trustworthy, quick, and reasonably priced. Vivian and team leave our kitchen sparkling, the floors shining, and our bedroom clutter completely corralled. We stock the cleaning supplies; however, she arrives with her own equipment (i.e., ideal if your tiny apartment doesn't have space for a vacuum cleaner).

Maids R us was great! This was my first time having a company clean my house. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am over the moon on how clean everything looked. I loved how they re-organized and moved things around to clean and placed it back to where it belong or relocated it them. I was very nervous to do this, because is bringing a stranger into your home, I did some research and the reviews very great about this company. My house has never looked this clean and I clean all the time! Vivian, is the owner and let me tell you she is the best! she is very professional and made me feel comfortable, she answered all my questions and accommodated me with my schedule. she returns your call very promptly. It was a great experience and now I'm hooked I will do it again and will speak to my friends and recommend them very highly to everyone.

Very responsive and professional - they were able to get in a cleaning session the next day after calling! We had a deep cleaning and I have never seen my place so sparkling clean and smelling amazing. I will certainly use the service again and highly recommend for anyone else. I haven't found a decent professional cleaner that I trust in Boston and I am so happy I have someone on hand now :)

All my communications with Vivian were promptly answered. She came to my home to give me a quote which I thought was very reasonable. She arrived exactly on time and within 2.5 hours had my spaces cleaner and shinier than I'd have ever managed on my own. I plan to call on her services again in the future. On top of everything Vivian is a most pleasant and lovely lady. I felt very comfortable with her.

I don't have any do's and don'ts. They just do a great job. You do have to provide your own cleaning supplies, but that is fine.

The service was okay. The concierge service worked out great within Angie’s List that helped schedule the work for me. The cleaners were all very nice, and friendly. They came in and out quickly, and did what I asked them to do. I will be using the concierge service again within Angie’s List because is was very convenient for me, and a big time saver. I thought the cost for the cleaning was a little expensive for the work they did.

We've used Vivian's service for 6 weeks now and i LOVE her and her crew. They put away laundry, clean the house until it shines, don't move things i don't want moved (this was a problem with other services). Always just a phone call or email away. I've have housecleaning services for more than 15 years and this is the best I've run across. I am very pleased.

Vivian is a great person to work with. She always did such a nice job and even was nice to my dog who was there while cleaning. I would recommend her to anyone!
