Description of Work: The guys were a 'no show', 'no call'. I waited 2 hours, upon calling them, Chris was courteous and explained situation, admitted he should have called, but I decided to not go ahead with it.

Description of Work: This was a great deal for gutter cleaning up to 125 feet. As our gutters are longer we paid an additional cost but the price was extremely reasonable. We are ver pleased with Hi Cleaners; they were punctual and very courteous. Definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Hi Cleaners were prompt and very friendly - I would definitely use them again to clean my difficult windows. They took good care of my garden plants (no disturbances). My dog loved them! The deal was $199 for 20 windows; I paid more to do all my windows, including a tricky set of storm windows. My house is streak free!

Description of Work: They were great at communicating and it was a good deal. We kept changing the date and eventually could not be accommodated, despite their best efforts. I would use them next time.

Description of Work: I hired these guys to clean 23 windows along with their storms on the first and second floors of my home. A few storm windows were broken, so Hi-Cleaners simply removed them, stored them in a location of my choosing, and didn't charge me for them. | |They showed up right on time (a few minutes early, actually) and got right to work. It took them around 4 hours. Throughout the process, they were friendly and informative. Some of the windows had a "baked-in" grime that could only be cleaned with the use of acids (a service they did not provide, but which they told me could be very expensive), but otherwise the windows look great. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: Two workers washed all windows & completed work in 2-3 hours. Very efficient. Ivan taught me a bit about washing, but I'd need the washing solution that they used and a tall hose/pole that they used to reach the second story outside-- so no ladders and fast work.
