Description of Work: I hired this company to clean my upstairs windows. They arrived on time, were very polite, and did a wonderful job, leaving my double hung window shining. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: It was great working with Chris. His men did a great job. Even when I asked to have them secure downspout elbows. One downspout became loose. I called Chris and he sent someone back in a few days to fix. I would use Hi Cleaners again.

Description of Work: They washed all windows and sliding door windows on porch. The guys were |very nice. The scheduler was efficient, though called to cancel one time |due to technical problems (maybe truck accident?). Solid, courteous job. |And the windows look a whole lot better. Price was $200 for 20 windows. Porch |windows were extra. I might use them in the future. Not sure. Might go local.

Description of Work: My windows are shining. The men were courteous, careful, and made sure I inspected each window to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They did a top job.

Description of Work: As i expected the cost increased by an additional $80 because it was more than i had prepaid for. Overall the company representatives were very nice and since it was my gutters being cleaned i guess it is a wait and see game on how well they did.

Description of Work: The service date was scheduled very rapidly and at my convenience. The work crew was very professional and worked hard. I have quite a few skylights and some are in difficult-to reach areas, and they got to them very carefully. They were very careful with my furnishings. Everything was fine, but I should have asked what method they use for cleaning before purchasing the deal. On the interior, they use a spray product which they then use rags to remove (and thereby removing dirt). On the exterior, they use a hose which they spray the windows with. They don't use squeegees, which I think leaves a crisper clean. Also, several of the screens were not put back correctly, and were left with a 'bow' in them which allows insects to get in. | |All in all, they worked hard, and the end result was acceptable, but not outstanding.
