Company returned my call right away, scheduled the day within a week and they were there right on time. We met, we walked around to see what I wanted done, when it was done, he came and got me to show me the finished job.

This is our second year using HiCleaners for gutter cleaning. We purchased the $99/100 linear feet deal on Angie's List and scheduled an appointment by calling HiCleaners directly. They came on the scheduled day and cleaned the gutters as requested (we weren't home when they came this time--we were home last year and the guys were great).

HiCleaners arrived on the scheduled day, cleaned the gutters and cleared the debris from my driveway. I was not home at the time the service was delivered. All communications were professional and straightforward. There was an extra charge, discussed in advance, because of the size of my house.

Came and didn't clean my wood stove/chimney. Offered to repair something else for thousands of dollars.

I've heard from the company, & they were willing to make the necessary corrections but I was unable to take advantage of the offer at that time because I was goinfg for surgery but I appreciate the company's efforts to reach out to me and offered to fix the problem.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters.

Acceptable. I did not understand why a pile of leaves that had settled in the corner of the porch roof in close proximity to the gutters was not removed, as it is in position to be washed into the gutter by rain or windstorm. It was within easy reach of someone on a ladder. Whole job took less than three-quarters of an hour and appeared very low tech, without the expense of machinery involved. But price is apparently competitive.

I bought a coupon to use for window cleaning and then spoke to someone on the phone to describe our home. I was informed that our windows were not covered by the coupon because of the number of panes we have in our windows (6 over 6). That was fine. We discussed the price for the window cleaning, screens and sills. I told him how many windows we had. Pricing was quite a bit more than we have paid in the past, but I was willing to give it a try because we weren't that happy with the previous cleaners the past 2 times they came. The first time a cleaner came, he was late because of car problems. That was fine - he was polite and apologetic. He looked at the job and said that he needed another person to help him clean the windows because the job was too big for one person. We needed to schedule the full window cleaning job for another day. He did, however power wash our patio that day and did a phenomenal job. It was a nasty, messy job and the worker did it with a great attitude. The next time the workers came, there were two of them. They did a pretty good job on the window cleaning and screens - not excellent. They did not do that great of a job on the sills and for $3.00 per window sill, I think the job should have been done better. The screens were not all put back on the correct windows and were obviously mismatched or put back upside dow -this was on approximate 5 or 6 windows. I called and asked the worker if he could come back after I noticed the sills weren't that clean and the screens were not all put back correctly. He said he would, but never did. For the amount of money we paid, I would expect much better customer service. (This was twice the amount we usually pay to have windows and screens cleaned.) The company did promptly refund me the money paid on coupon that I could not use for window cleaning.

Scheduling the gutter cleaning was easy as they responded right away with their availability. The crew arrived a little later than scheduled, so I wasn't available for the cleaning. No worries, pictures were sent via text of all the clean gutters. I highly recommend and will use HiCleaners again.
