Description of Work: They cleaned my windows and were very thorough and did a good job. One of the employees accidentally broke one of my storm windows and they took it, replaced it and returned it very quickly.

Description of Work: The team if 3 washed about 14 windows of my 2nd floor apt. The washing itself was satisfactory. The problem was that the team did not leave things as they found them. They did not replace furniture or rehang ornaments that they had to take down. One of these was too heavy for me to replace by myself. I think they were running late and just did not finish the job.

House is two stories in front, two-and-a-half stories in back. | |Accommodated my need to reschedule due to having to reschedule a painter who had to reschedule because of rain.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters as promised - my gutters were longer than Angie's List price provided for. Wasn't too crazy when I realized he had walked over the roof rather than going around with the ladder.

Description of Work: A power washer was used to spray the outside of the windows. This didn't get them clean, there are now dry dirt streaks. A very young man did the inside and only had a single extremely dirty towel- it was black. I had to talk him into rinsing it.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. They called me from the house and asked if I wanted windows washed as well. I said yes and they did all the exterior windows for $100.

Description of Work: Washed windows. Bought Angies list big deal for 20 windows and paid addition for 13 more (because we have storm windows many of the windows counted as 2). They came on time, worked hard, and stayed until the job was completed. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: They arrived before time, did a competent job on most windows. They missed 2 windows. This was reported to their supervisor who reimbursed us $20 for the tw missed windows!!

Description of Work: Bad experience. Provider sent inexperience, unskilled, and sloppy workers. When called, owner complained of difficulty finding trustworthy mature employees to work for low wages. Nothing offered to redress issues. Thinking about unsubscribing to Angie's list.
