Description of Work: They cleaned the windows (80 of them) in a large house. Unfortunately, one of the workers broke an orchid on the kitchen counter and, worse, broke the leg of an expensive table when he moved it to get to one bank of windows. He didn't tell us he had broken anything. We discovered the problem ourselves. I went to move the table back to the window and it literally fell apart: he had just propped it back up on the broken leg. The company was very responsive: they actually fired this worker (about whom they had had other complaints) and they eventually fixed the table. It just took a really long time to get the table repaired and we had to reach out a couple of times to remind them to come and finish the job. That said, they did stand behind their work. I don't know whether I would use them again or not. The owner was very apologetic and, as noted, stood behind the work. But it wasn't a great experience.

Description of Work: After some initial difficulty communicating (not sure if that was the vendor's fault or the crazy Angie's List system), they arrived on time, were quiet and professional, and did a very good job. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: He cleaned 42 windows on the outside of my house. It did a really good job and i am happy with the service.

Description of Work: The service technician was nice, but I don't feel like I got my money's worth. 1) He said that the Angie's List deal was for two story houses, so he would not be able to clean the gutters in a few sections. While the house does have three floors, the gutters are on the second floor. 2) I have gutter guards and the technician said that it would take too much time to remove them and clean out the gutters. He was only there for an hour, though. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Description of Work: Worker did not show up at the scheduled time. I was then told by the company that he would show up at a later time. He did not show up at that time. Wasted the morning waiting. When he finally showed up, he apologized and did a good job. Company needs to handle the customer better. This was a straight forward job and should have been hassle-free but it wasn't. Not sure whether I would give them another chance. Maybe.
