Ivan is excellent. He called that morning to tell me he'd be 15-30 minutes late. When he arrived he got right to work. I expected him to have a helper, but he did the entire project himself. He was very polite and considerate. He treated all our property with care and was cautious working around our plantings, etc. I was amazed at how quickly he did all the work and how nice everything looked when he was finished.

Ivan did an exceptional job washing our vinyl siding, cleaning gutters and washing windows (& screens) inside and out. He was polite, professional and called to tell us he was running late. He has no fear of heights or ladders. Everything was done to our specs and he made everything spotless. We spent a fair amount, but it was worth every penny and I plan to hire him again.

HiCleaners did not make their original appointment and rescheduled. I could not attend the rescheduled appointment, but afterwards, neighbor came up to me and said "I hope you did not spend a lot for the gutter cleaning as they were there less than an hour and skipped sections of the house." As a result, I went and looked at the one section of the gutter I can see easily, and found an inch or so of mud and leaves all along the back of the house. I contacted the office and let then know what I found. He went out to the property and removed some of the dirt and leaves from the back, but ignored anything that he would need a ladder for, and only got most of what he could reach by hand. 2 other things that the office manager told me that would make me wary: 1) They could not get to sections of the house because of trees. (There are no trees up against the house, and that would be where the work is most needed as it is where leaves fall) 2) Any shingle gravel falling into the gutter is not their responsibility.

The recent storms made us realize that it was time to hire a gutter cleaning company. Looked for a relatively local one with a great RESPONSIBILITY and HONESTY through Angie's list. They called us immediately after the submission of our work description with an estimated price. Some questions were also promptly answered by texts afterwards. They arrived on time and performed the cleaning throughout our 2-unit condo. After the work, they explained the major problems and fixes, and left with a great smile.

Worked faster and didn’t do as good a job from previous workers for this company. Price was the same, though, and it made the project too expensive and not sufficiently performed

Wonderful to work with! Always on time and responsive, they were able to provide a great rate and the windows looked fantastic.

They did a great job removing a layer of moss from our roof and cleaning the algae from our white vinyl siding. They used a soft wash for both the roof and siding. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished on schedule. The whole job went smoothly and we are happy with the results.

The crew arrived on time and completed the gutter cleaning job in a thorough, professional manner. We will definitely call them again.

In general they did great work, it was just leading up to the work that was slightly off-putting as I recognize some of it was weather related. At the end of the day, they rescheduled the cleaning 4 times. When they did do it, it went great. I would definitely hire them again as they were very friendly and thorough. I just wouldn't hire them for a job that was pressing or time-dependent.

I have hired these guys 3 times and they are as good as they come.

They were great, this is a very tall house, with bushes that make it tough to access the roof. But they didn't seem to have a problem, and even took photos which they showed me after, of the newly cleaned gutters! Very nice, polite crew.

A few reschedules were necessary due to weather that would have made laddering the structure unsafe. However, each rescheduled date was acknowledged and finally the weather behaved and services were performed.

It went well. I bought the paint from a local hardware store ... rather than the big box stores that drain money from the local economy (after all who helps with real estate taxes).

They were very professional and courteous. They did a good job cleaning out the gutters and even removed a birds nest from the gutter. I would definitely hire them again.

They cancelled at the last minute and had to reschedule for 2 weeks after, but when they came they did a good job.

The service provider arrived promptly and on time and promised. All work was completed in a timely manner. The worker was professional at all times. When additional work was requested the provider gave a prompt and reasonable estimate,

Gutters were cleaned in late November/early December, as it was a late request. I've had no problems and the cost was reasonable.
