Very affordable and great service. Jay did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Working alone, he was very diligent, thorough, and communicative. He pointed out an issue with the roof that we need to address that was separate from the job at hand. I will definitely use HiCleaners again next year.

They did the work quickly and well. The price was the best of several quotes. However, it was just two guys in a van with a ladder, who climbed up onto my 2 story house’s roof with no safety equipment. If they aren’t detail-oriented enough to insist on proper safety equipment for roof workers, I’m not going to hire them for anything more involved.

I was off property and they called to tell me of minor problems that they could repair for very little cost. Excellent job. Prompt. Reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great service! Easy to schedule, fair price, high quality work, very professional, and good communication. We had one side of our house that had a lot of moss on it and this was my main reason for scheduling the service. When Edward and his assistant arrived, they looked over the job. He informed me that they would normally use a cleaning solution, in addition to the pressure washer, to address the moss. But then, without me having to say anything, he brought up that some of the cleaning solution might get on my vegetable garden and wanted to check with me before he proceeded. He did warn me that it would not come out as well without the cleaner but it was up to me. I opted to have them pressure wash the house with just water (no chemical cleaning solution). The rest of the house came out great, and the side with the heavy moss came out better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again!

It went well although they came in late. It took about 40 min for all the work.

Services were not performed. They said their truck broke down and couldn't come until 2 days later. I needed the work done sooner, so I did it myself.

This company is very efficient and professional. Did everything they said they would , including following up if there was any additional work. Would have no problem hiring again

They provided a window or arrival between 1 and 4 and they arrived at exactly 4:00 pm therefore on time. The work was done as discussed and within a reasonable amount of time.

I wish I'd done this sooner! Jay and Rick arrived on time, explained their process thoroughly, were considerate about my concerns and careful of the plantings. Although there are places where some paint chipped off, I was surprised at how dirty the house was only 2 years after having been painted. The other power washers said I'd need to repaint afterwards, but the house is so much whiter, I think patch painting will match. Some black roof algae and driveway moss required an unexpected amount of time, but they stuck with it until 7:00. It looks sooo much better! Really, I might get this done every other year, the house looks so freshly painted and well maintained. I couldn't be more pleased

Realized my gutters were severely clogged, and so I called Ivan up, and he was there same day to clean it out! Everything is hunky dory now! Couldn't believe the amazing turnaround time from phone call to actual cleaning!

Started off on the wrong foot, appointment was for 3pm, Ivan text me at 3pm saying he was leaving in 15mins from a different job 45mins away. Soon as they arrived, they went straight to work, which made up for the tardiness.. I decided last minute to have him power wash my deck, that was a mistake on my part, deck looks worse now, it’s clean from the old look it had & the pollen buildup but the finished product is going to cost me some money to fix.. Ivan was very professional and polite, I only say I would not hire again due to my hopes of never having to need this type of job again.. (insurance company was going to cancel my policy due to the moss build up on the roofs) Aside from my disliking the deck, the rest of the work was done well!!

Ivan and his crew are outstanding. They were prompt, professional and meticulous. They did the window cleaning as well as power washing for a home that was being put on the market for sale. Great company!

Edward did wonderful job for us. Very thorough and accurate.

Overall very pleased! Ivan was very responsive! Same week service - needed to reschedule due to snow, but came out on a Sunday and washed our windows. Great customer service and was able to Venmo payment to him (love when businesses use modern technology!)

ok, price was above average, clean up was terrible. Leaves were left in front of the gararge, and a bag of trash was left behind the gararge. Helpers need constant supervision.

Job well done. Came back to double check after we had a question, but all was well and provided pictures as evidence.

Ivan cleaned the gutters efficiently and thoroughly. He was respectful and professional. He repaired two gutters that had become detached at no extra charge...I would recommend him to neighbors and use his services again.
