They did a thorough and impeccable job. My windows and house have never looked brighter and cleaner.

Worker was on time, pleasant and professional. Would hire again.

Ivan was great. He arrived on time, spent a little extra time cleaning a particularly dirty gutter and took photos of the work to show how the gutters looked when he was done. The original quote seemed a little high to me, but given the condition of the gutters it was well worth it. I would definitely use him again.

Overall, Ivan did a very nice job on cleaning the gutters out and showed me photos of the work provided. I had to pay an additional fee because I had more than 100 sq ft of gutters. My only issue was the scheduling piece. We were initially scheduled for a 1st appointment on 11/6/17 but I received a time confirmation but I made the call to HiCleaners regardless to confirm my time. Ivan said my services would be performed at the end of the day. That did not work for me because I scheduled my day around his availability. Needless to say, I was annoyed because I had never worked with HiCleaners and wanted to know his process. It worked out in the end as he came at 12:45 instead of 4 PM.

Prompt and efficient. I felt a few areas of the house did not end up as clean as I would have liked, but otherwise it was good.

They show up on time, did the job very good and cleaned up after they were done.

Pretty good. They set up to come on a Sunday, which seemed out but Plymouth is out of the way. The day they were due to arrive it seemed they had forgotten us. No word from them as of 1 PM. So I called to remind them and check on the arrival time. They quickly juggled things, arrived and did a nice job. They did leave some of the gutter gunk on my front and back porches...I think cleaning that up would have been nice, but overall a good job, on time and on budget (a little extra $ for additional sq feet but not a ton)

Great service....very professional. They did have to change the date. He works now on weekends. I would definitely hire HiCleaners again. I used a Groupon coupon. He measured the length of the gutters and charged me a bit more because I exceeded the groupon length. Okay with me!

We hired HICleaners to shovel our driveway and walkway. They often came over 24 hours after the storm had ended, despite several calls, meaning we had to clear some of the snow ourselves. They were usually so late that many people had walked over the snow, turning it into a sheet of ice that lasted for weeks. We had several complaints from our neighbors about it. They also decided to raise the price on our contract midway through the season. The last straw was that they threw snow against our neighbors' house so hard it broke several of their pieces of siding, which we then had to replace. I wish we had not used them.

Cleaning went well. They even pointed out issues that needed to be fixed.

Vasko did a great job and was so hard-working and professional. We will definitely hire them again, both for windows, and for gutter cleaning.

Good. They were able to get almost all of it clean which given the siding is 30+ years old is expected. Excellent professionalism. They honored the 199 price special on Angieslist with out trying to add in extras (rare these days). They schedule approx 1 week out. Would definately use again.

Bird droppings that I asked to have cleaned off of my retractable awning were missed. Plus, I was surprised that they didn't use any cleaning solution, which I think would have helped clean some areas of the vinyl siding better, but overall they did a good job and worked in a timely manner even with added requests at the time of the service.

Work was performed as specified. Given the low price, they did a good job for a two story house.
