Description of Work: I asked for more windows to be done than were covered by the big deal but because they were unable to do both sides (accessibility issues) they did not charge anything extra.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the Angies List deal of 20 windows for $200. I actually have older windows and some of these have storms (from the 1980s). The storms are tricky and can go off track. I made a deal to have fewer windows washed in exchange for a few with storm windows washed in their entirety. (The 20 window deal just included the primary windows of a newer sort and excluded the storms.) When the two men left, there was one window completely off its track in the master bed room and one storm in the front of the house that still has a major dirt spot. I actually think one of the team members was new and less experienced. Both men were very pleasant. If I supervised more, or if I hadn't included older storm windows, the outcome may have been different.
