Description of Work: They came out to investigate noises in the attic. We were afraid we had a large animal, but, after looking in the crawl space, they explained the reasons went it was very unlikely to be a raccoon or squirrel. They said we should just put some mouse traps out. Very professional and pleasant. No charge.

Description of Work: Preventative Ant and insect spray. They did exactly what was expected when they arrived. I asked them to help me out with a bee nest I had behind my shutter. They guy took my shutter down sprayed, washed it and put it back at no additional charge. Went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them again. Not often nowadays people go above and beyond.

Description of Work: We had ants, lots of ants!!! and they came out within 1 week of our call, honored the AL discount and got rid of them all!!! not a few, every one of them, for the season!

At the time I took the deal I wasn't aware that I should have called them beforehand to verify that my location was within their reach. When I did call them, he said he would contact me next week to schedule an appointment and he never got back to me.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for an exterior ant inspection and protection. I had a terrible ant problem they corrected it. The work turned out great and I haven’t seen any ants since! They were wonderful! They called me up right away. The only concern I had was how they did not provide me with an invoice of service.

Description of Work: I think the work was fine. I was not here when they did the application. I was concerned when he came as I have a dog. He came much earlier than the scheduled time because it was going to rain that day. He was very professional and considerate for my dog’s well-being with the application.

Description of Work: Four unit condo in the North End of Boston . One unit was complaining of mice activity. Inspector came out and inspected entire building, includung the basement and adjacent courtyard. Quoted very reasonable price for initial visit and quearterly visits. No signs of mice activity. Received advance calls for follow-up visits and men arrived on schedule.

Description of Work: I was having problems with mice and carpenter bees. I didn't even know about the carpenter bees until the inspector from the company came to my property to give me an estimate. The exterminator came on time (well he was 10 minutes late but called to tell me he would be). He went right to work. I had a follow-up 7 days later. So far, so good. I would definitely use this company - although I hope I never have to. I also recommended them to several people with whom I work. One of whom definitely called them.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate, and a very knowledgeable person showed up promptly, made a thorough inspection of the house and several helpful suggestions. Due to a family emergency, we had to postpone the service.
