It was fixed the day after my call. He had to go get the part at store and came right back.

Wonderful! Had an issue with elderly parents' newish fridge that wouldn't cool and they came right out and resolved. He showed me what happened, fixed it, and told me how to prevent it in the future. I would/will certainly use them again should the situation present.

Made an appointment for today between 4pm and 5pm and he did not show up, tried calling him at 6:15 and no answer. No phone call to explain why.

ok he got the part waited for machine to defrost and perform the replacement.

he did an excellent job. explained the reason for the breakdown of the component and carried a replacement pat in his truck. great job!

I was given a window in which the service professional would arrive. They arrived within that window and called 15 minutes before arriving. Cameron was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't really have asked for more from a service call. He was able to repair the stove igniter, and was able to diagnose the problem with the dryer, but unfortunately the part that was malfunctioning is no longer available. He did manage to get the dryer to heat up more than it was and it appears to be working okay. I would definitely use Edgeworth again and have recommended them to other people.

Cameron arrived exactly when he said he would and within 5 minutes determined that the stove needed a new igniter. Got the part from his truck and installed it in a few minutes. Oven started right up! Overall he was there about a half hour. Totally impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Cameron.It was a great experience. Would hire again without hesitation. Extremely pleased with the entire process.

We’ve had many contacts with Edgeworth Appliance over the years and all have been great. Prompt service, courteous and experienced technicians with no attempts to up-sell us or do unnecessary work.

I was able to speak directly to the owner who came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back to install it as soon as the part was in. He was friendly and professional.

Service tech came the same day and repaired the fridge, meaning we did not need to purchase a new one.

He had the part, replaced it and cleaned out exhaust tubing.

As always, David arrived on time, and quickly discovered the potential issue, which was not the dryer itself, but the venting. We made plans for him to come back in the summer and replace the venting.

I had a bad experience with them. I called them up and made an appointment. I had a 2-5pm window and at five minutes to 5 I called them. I said I was concerned and the guy said he didn't have me listed and that he was on vacation. He was angry and very rude. He said we would have to re-schedule and I said no thank you. They made no apologies for not coming out. The fact that they had me wait for them and they did not come or not call and when I called them they were very rude. That speaks for itself.

Great. Dave came to my house. He told me what he thought would be best for my condo, price range etc. I let him choose and he did a great job. His crew are Very good. Would use his company again. Very responsive.

I called for help at almost 5p and Cameron came over the next morning. He replaced the motor and cleaned out the vents. He was very personable, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. He presented the alternatives for me. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent. David came to the house twice, each time at a convenient time for me. Once to diagnose and the second time to install the thermostat.

10/3/16: Called Edgewater to fix the stacked washer part of a 30-year-old,washer dryer that made two different kinds of noises. He told me that 30-year dryer was not worth trying to fix: too expensive and parts probably unavailable; better to buy a new one. He said that 27? was standard size width, and recommended a replacement and where to buy, which he discussed at length for free. This is the kind of company I will call again when I need help!

Timur did a great job. Super easy to schedule and did great work.

Cameron called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived shortly after 10AM. He started the machine, and when there was sufficient water in the tub, put it on spin in order to try and replicate what I had told him, and to get an idea as to what the problem was. He took the machine apart and found that the pump was clogged. He attempted to remove the matter, but it was quite difficult. I agreed to have a new pump put in. During the visit, he explained what he was doing and why, and on completion of the work, cleaned up around the machine - leaving it jn better condition than he found it. He was personable, polite, bright and just a genuinely nice young man. I was so impressed with him and his work ethic, I called Mr. Zinetti after Cameron left to let him know how pleased I was with him and the work he did.

I've been using Edgeworth Appliance for more than 20 years and have always been happy with their service. This time was no different. Cameron came at the appointed time, did the work pleasantly and professionally. He even vacuumed out the dryer while he had it apart and re-enforced the the vent connections. Very happy with the service.

He called me back after hours to schedule, and came and quickly fixed it the following morning. Also gave me advice about how to keep this from happening again. Great service.

They showed up when they said they would and did the job I asked. I also like that you can text them and get an answer. They also are prompt in coming out. I texted them about my issue on a Sunday AM and hey had responded with a text and phone call later that day and had someone out to fix it the next AM. About a month or so after they had come, the dryer vent had become unattached to the ceiling duct. I called them about it, as they had attached it, but not totally secure since it fell. They came out a few days later with stronger duct material and reattached it free of charge. I really like that they stand by their work and will fix if a problem arises. I recommend them and will use them again should I have another appliance repair.

Owner of the company did the work & was very courteous, helpful & professional. I would certainly call him again.

It went quite well. David check the noise and said the freezer was fine. Didn't have buy any parts or a new freezer.
