Zamir was FANTASTIC. He was prompt, came on the SAME day, told me when he was on his way etc. I don't have enough good things to say. He was thorough, found the source of the problem when a careless plumber didn't catch the issue, fixed our problem, taught us a few things about home improvement and was an absolute pleasure to work with. 11/10 recommend working with Zamir at Edgeworth Appliance. You won't be disappointed.

Edgeworth came out this am, assessed my washer & let me know it was an issue with the Motherboard & it would need to be replaced. I decided against it & will just replace my machine.

Very professional young man came right away. He was very honest and said it was just a minor adjustment and charged just the initial fee. Gave me tips on proper care of my washer. I’ll use them again with any other appliance problems and am recommending them to others.

Zamir from Edgeworth was extremely responsive (fitted us into his schedule on the same day I called and left a message) and very professional. Some very shoddy work by a previous repair person that we had called to address the same issue (burning smell) less than a year prior had left us with a potentially very dangerous situation with our dryer. A ton of lint had accumulated in the duct and vent and was absolutely packed (the previous person had only cleaned our lint trap and never checked the vent); additionally, the previous person had reassembled our dyer incorrectly. Zamir very thoroughly cleaned out EVERYTHING, very diligently, reassembled the dryer correctly, and left a recommendation for another business to handle the last bit of cleaning of the vent that he was not able to access. On top of all this, Zamir charged us less than the original repair person who had never done the job correctly in the first place. We absolutely plan to use Edgeworth Appliance for all our future appliance repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend.

We were having issues with the flame on our stove. Jason came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue as well as helped us with one of the starters that wasn't working for us. He ordered the part we needed and came back to install the new wiring harness. It was all straightforward and Jason was very helpful and polite.

We had a miscommunication with a Home Depot gas range delivery and install and long story short, they were unable to install the unit and just left it in our dining room. I reached out to Edgeworth later that evening and within an hour, they responded to schedule an appointment. They are very responsive via text message! They gave us a 2-hour service window and on the day of service, showed up on time and completed the installation and removal of the old gas range. We had terrific service from Edgworth Appliance and I can't praise them enough. I would absolutely hire again and would recommend to anyone looking for similar service offering.

Our refrigerator started warming up on December 31. I frantically called a number of appliance repair companies, most were either already closed for New Years or were not scheduling service call until well into January. The one exception was Edgeworth Appliance. I left a message and Cameron got back to me quickly. Although he wasn't able to come out that day (or obviously New Years day), he promised to come out first thing on Saturday January 2. Cameron did everything perfectly from a customer service perspective. He gave me a narrow time window in which he would come, told me that he would call when he was about 30 min from arriving, and most importantly, he followed through. Moreover, I have an unusual name, and Cameron made the effort to learn how to pronounce it correctly, and actually remembered even days later. When he arrived to the house, he was very polite and efficiently diagnosed the problem, gave me an accurate and very reasonable quote, ordered the part, provided a temporary fix so that we could continue to use the refrigerator, cleaned up after himself, told me approximately when he would return to finish the repair, and promised to call to confirm the day and time. And he didn't expect any payment until the job was complete. A couple of days later, he gave me a call back to let me know that he had the part, set up a time to return and promised he would call prior to arriving. Again he followed through exactly and competed the repair quickly. I always dread having to call for appliance service, not knowing if I will be ripped off or left waiting hours for a service technician to arrive or wondering if the repair was done correctly. I can honestly say that working with Cameron was the most pleasant experience related to an appliance or home repair that I have ever had in over 30 years of home ownership.

Cameron returned my call very quickly and was here within a half-hour. He was thoroughly professional, very pleasant, and extremely thorough and competent. The cost was very reasonable, actually half of what we were charged by the previous company that we were not very happy with. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

David responded quickly, showed up on time and fixed my old dryer (>20 years) onsite. You can't get better service than what he provided!

Excellent. Quickly found the problem. Located the correct part. Came back and fixed it. Awesome all around. We were sure we were going to have to buy a new stove and were thrilled that we didn't have to!

Cam was awesome! he quickly diagnosed the issues and replace the defected part in about 30 minutes. very nice and please guy. very trustworthy!

Good response-he explained what he was doing and was respectful and polite

They diagnosed the problem quickly but had to order the part since my machine is old. Once the part came in, they repaired it very quickly. They tested the machine before and after to make sure they diagnosed it correctly and that the repair had the desired result. Were on time and also gave me a half-hour heads up before they arrived which was really helpful, since I had to take time out of my workday to let them into my home. The cost was higher than you might expect since the machine is old and the part is hard to source (the timer was almost $200).

The repairman came the next day after our inquiry and diagnosed the problem and then solved it fully as far as we can tell so far. We're very pleased. It cost a bit more than I would have expected, but he did spend about an hour and did a great job. Also I may not be up to date on average repair costs nowadays.

When I called they were able to schedule me right away. David arrived within the window of time. He was able to quickly identify the issue with my unresponsive dishwasher. When making a final check of the appliance he identified another small problem. He quickly assessed the situation and solved that as well. I highly recommend this company.

This is exactly the company I hoped to find. Our newish GE fridge and freezer stopped cooling, Edgeworth sent DJ over the next day. He knew exactly what to do, brought the necessary parts with him, and repaired the fridge in minutes. Our other big issue was a broken water line to the ice machine. It sprayed water EVERYWHERE. The fix was a little more complicated because the necessary part was a bit unorthodox. Regardless, DJ was able to find the part, return the next day, and get it fixed within minutes (on a Saturday no less). Asking a company you don't know about to come into your house and fix something is a daunting process, but Edgeworth made it the opposite. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Very responsive and very quick service. Was able to come out the next day after calling and did the repair the same day as he had the part with him.

I called on Monday afternoon and arranged for someone to come look at the washer on Tuesday afternoon. The repair person arrived promptly when promised, looked at the washer and confirmed that the machine can't be repaired. He provided some advice about buying a new machine. All in all, not the outcome I wanted but great service! Will definitely use again if I ever need an appliance serviced.

Would not hire this company again. Damaged my hardwoods floors when moving refrigerator. Compressor inverter board doesn't seem to be working properly. Contacted company and they didn't seem to want to make things right. Bad service all around.

Smooth, it really went well. He was done in about 15 minutes.

I called, explained the problem. A technician was assigned and contacted me within 15 mins, as promised. Amazingly they were able to respond the same day and he was here within 30mins to check out the problem. A part had to be replaced, which they had in stock, so it was promptly swapped out... problem solved! GREAT service and pleasant customer interaction. Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

On time, did the work, everything looks good. It was a little more expensive than I might have liked, but certainly not unreasonable given the going rates for a plumber in the area. Absolutely would hire again if we need plumbing in the future.
