Description of Work: Filipp Plotkin from Edgeworth Appliance came out to my house to make repairs on my brand new oven which was still under warranty. I literally had it for a week before it stopped working. I was worried that they were going to give me a hard time or that I would end up paying for something. The service person was so nice and friendly. I was totally comfortable having him in my home and I felt like he was thorough. He switched out a couple of pieces and the oven has been working perfectly since then. I held onto his card incase I have trouble with any other appliance because I would definitely trust him to come out again.
