The finished deck and steps are both beautiful and functional. We feel very lucky to have found these contractors. Highly recommended!

great experience - as expected

Another wonderful job well done! Kevin came last Saturday and installed all the plumbing needed to get my new kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal up and running. The plumbing is top notch and I really appreciate his detail. Loving my new kitchen right now! thanks Kevin!

Let me start out by saying that this is the third major project that I gave Kevin and the quality and care only gets better and better every time. When he was prepping to build the wall for our laundry room, he noticed there was a gas leak on the gas dryer hookup. We had a plumber come in to install the gas dryer and he left us with a plastic leaking hose and a danger to us and our home. Kevin without us even asking him took the initiative to solve the problem right away. He cared more about fixing the gas leak and ensuring that we were safe than about making money. He fixed the gas leak asap and did not charge us much more than just the materials. This delayed the other project, but he then continued to work tirelessly through the night to finish putting up our wall and door to create the laundry room. Through the project he would call me over to confirm that what he was doing is exactly what I wanted. He gave his input and advice, which was very helpful for me. The wall is extremely sturdy and the work was very well done. I'm very happy to have a laundry room! Thanks so much Kevin! Looking forward to hiring you again.

Kevin came promptry once again with all materials and ready to work. I supplied only the oak wood and thread for the steps that I had already purchased weeks ago and he covered all other materials. He removed the old staircase, did amazing carpentry work by creating the nosing with his own tools. He made sure all the carpentry on the steps was consistent and top notch. It took him one full day to remove and install the new steps. He and his crew worked extremely hard and did an unbelievable job!! I love my steps! I hired him again this Sunday to help me make a wall to separate two rooms. His work is quality detail and amazing everything. He's honest and cares about your home. Hire him!!

Kevin came out on the same day I called him to give me a quote on installing a brand new exterior door and also to replace all the door trim and make a new step for my entrance. The next day Kevin showed up perfectly on time. He and his partner prepared the room to ensure no dirt or dust form the door install would go anywhere. All labor and materials were included in my price. The only thing I provided was the door that I had ordered two weeks ago. The door was a beautiful and quality door, which required alot of detail and thought to install, but Kevin was able to make it all happen. The detail on the trim, the step, and ensuring the door closed perfectly and was all plum was EXCELLENT and AMAZING! Kevin was extremely clean, neat, trustworthy, and made my house smell amazing after all was finished. I loved the detail and work so much that i've decided to hire him next Sunday to install brand new stairs for my stair case. Call him for any project you need!

We hired Kevin and his team to do some carpentry and painting in our bathrooms. He did a great job with all of the work and was very responsive regarding small issues as they came up; he obviously cares very much about achieving an excellent final result and wants to please his customers. He is also very pleasant and easy to interact with and was always on time and reliable in what he said he would do. I think what also stands out about him is his unusual level of integrity. For example, he noticed a plumbing issue (a cracked pipe) in one of the bathrooms he was working on, which he could have ignored. In fact, ignoring it would have been better for him, since fixing the problem caused a delay in the work he was doing for us. But he said that in good conscience he could not cover up the cracked pipe and recommended that we get it replaced (by someone else) before he did any more work. This made the job take longer for him, which may have caused him to lose money. We will hire him for any carpentry or painting we need in the future, because we know we can trust him to care about the work and to have the highest standards in his interactions with us and in the quality of the work itself.

Great! Catarina Construction came out within 24 hours to provide a quote and started the work the day after I approved the quote. The work was challenging because I wanted repairs, rather than replacements. Most construction companies won't bother fixing something because they can make more money replacing things. My budget was limited and they respected that. I am so happy that I found them! They are very smart and hughly skilled. And they did the work at a fraction of the other quotes that I received for the work.

He did a great job, everything was clean when he finished. I love the work and I have already spoken with him about doing some new projects in the spring! I highly recommend him.

Everything went well and we've had him back several times to do work around the house. We plan to do more work around the house in the spring and I will call him back for that.

Everything Kevin has done for us has been nothing but exceptional! Not only does he do great work, but he is genuinely a really good person. He is trust worthy and so kind.

Kevin, and his team, are always on time, reliable and professional. He thinks outside the box to make sure you receive all you have asked for and then more. For example, I requested he make a craft table for my children from an old white table that was left in our new home for us. He presented to me an idea to put a clean white acrylic top over the old dirty white top and then would provide a stained wooden edging around the the table so that pens and pencils would not slide off onto the ground. Outside of the box thinking and the table turned out fantastic. Not only does it look (and is!) custom, but it is extremely functional, as well. He works efficiently and will always keep you informed of the ongoing projects. I will hire Ramirez Construction going forward.
