Great , professional & thorough cleaning !

The were great - went above & beyond to do almost a deep clean. Paid a little extra for them to stay longer. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate me and complete the job. Superior attention to detail. Sergio was very professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier. Hope to hire again.

Tatiane and her team always do a nice job. The floors get washed, couches vacuumed, and surfaces cleaned. No flash and frills, just the solid basics that'll make us continue to hire her and her team.

All went well. Sandra and Giselle were professional and thorough. They arrived early which was just fine. I am definitely calling them again when needed.

Very well - Two ladies and sometimes three arrived and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen including appliances, floors, stove, etc. two flights of stairs, two bathrooms living room and dining room. Brought their own cleansers, vacuum, and supplies; Worked very fast and were reasonably priced.

They were fine. They were good. It wasn't too long after we had called. They were thorough and our house was very dirty. They didn't complain. The best is that they did a good job. The worst...I can't remember, I think there was a little bit of a language problem. We've done a number of these and they are kind of all blended in my mind but I just remember being happy with the last one and surprised that they didn't...most of them have said, 'I'll come every month for this amount of money or something' and they didn't do that. It must have been good or we wouldn't have done it. I think they came early actually.

Bright and Shiny Cleaning Services has been servicing us for many years. They are reliable, trustworthy and get the job well done, including details like doorknobs and window frames. They respond to our specific needs and requests in a professional way. We are very satisfied with their cleaning standard and would recommend them fully.

I bought this offer on Angie's List. It was quite a hassle to schedule them. They did a great job with the cleaning. However, the price that they quoted for future visits was a bit too high.

They were extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling. Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning. The house was sparkling when I got home. A few small things ended up in the trash but nothing that would cause alarm.

They arrived on time. Took close to 10 min to show the house since I cleaned a few things myself & had to let them know so they had more time to do other cleaning. I didn't realize it came out of my "man" hours of clean time so I actually about 1 1/4 hrs of clean time. They did a great job generally speaking in cleaning and were very pleasant. My only qualms were which I did let Tatina know were: Mr Clean was used to wash hardwood floors which is not good for wooden floors; small bucket of water wasn't changed at all & was used throughout all rooms in house; wooden floors weren't towel dried & left to dry naturally & since small bucket of water was never changed, they dried with the dirty water on them. I would hire again but what I said above would have to be communicated so it doesn't happen again. I do have 7 rm house 1 1/2 baths which can be cleaned in 1 1/2 hrs without any interruptions. I rated B for quality due the above. And Tatiana was great at following up which I think is important. I would like to say I've always had house cleaners for the long haul and haven't had any luck since in each case after a year or so they literally slack off & do a half-as job. It's happened to me 2x so far & I got them both from Angies List. Very very disappointing. I feel bad for others who hire them for cleaning a few times & claim how excellent they were...little do they know what really happens when they keep coming after a while!! This is my biggest fear.

They let us know they were going to be 30min late. They were then an hour later than that (e.g. a total of 90min late). They were very fast at getting everything clean. They did a good job. However, they missed the tops of door frames and window frames, and they missed the tops of cabinets (e.g. if they didn't see the surface they didn't clean it). We were happy that everything was clean, but it could have been better

100% efficient, on time, honest, very happy with the work. Worked with them for years in the past. On call every three weeks.

They did a great job and thoroughly scrubbed kitchen cabinets, toaster oven, sink, counters and floors. They worked quickly and dusted/vacuumed/mopped entire first floor, 2nd floor bedroom, stairs, hallway and another big bedroom on the third floor. They were quiet and worked fast accomplishing more than I expected in the time available.

Bright and Shiny were amazing. They were a last minute hire due to my wife and I not knowing what condition our new house would be in. Bright and Shiny was fantastic, made time for our task one late notice. Amazing people! Great work!

The 2 women did a fantastic job and even had extra time to spend on the dining & living room. I was very please and booked them to come back next week to clean the rest of the house.

I have been using Bright and Shiny Cleaning Services for nearly 15 years. They are friendly, professional, trustworthy, and flexible. For example, if I have guests coming, they make every effort to adjust their schedule and give me a hand. When my mother in-law arrives, they don't mind not coming for a month. My teenagers are incredibly messy. They pick everything up off the floor and help me put things away. I couldn't function without them!

The interaction as well was the service was impeccable, I am the type of person that leaves things all over the place specially the stuff I need the most but I've never had a single problem as a matter fact they went the extra mile as to organize everything in such a a neat way that made it so easier to find everything I was looking for (i hope I can keep it that way lol) I would deff recommend bright and shiny to anyone that needs to turn their house around....10/10
