They have 2 people sometimes 3 come out. The price is so good I can't complain. They keep in touch, they call me or email me and ask if I need to come the following week. They are fast and work with my schedule.

My husband purchased a groupon for me from Bright and Shiny Cleaning Services and I was absolutely amazed at what a fantastic job they did in cleaning my house! It went very well! Every month without fail! We contracted this company to do our monthly cleanings and they were fantastic. They cleaned the inside of toaster oven and microwave, changed sheets, dust walls covered with wood and clean behind couches -- all things that would not even occur to us otherwise. We worked with this company for several years and we always received stellar service.we have recommended them to friends and they have used them repeatedly over there years.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my very dirty house. I do not think I have ever seen my bathroom floors a clean as they now look. There is no longer dirt on the top of my curtains. I did not expect them to wash my windows, but they did. And my wood floors look better than they have for years. Tatiane, the owner, came to my house to inspect it for about fifteen minutes, and gave instructions to her husband (a co- owner of the business) and then he and two women worked non-stop for the next four hours. Everyone was friendly, and did everything I asked them to do, and much more. I am definitely going to use them again.

I have been working with this company for the last four years. I first hired them for a one-time business. I liked their professionalism and how they made my house shining clean. So, I started hiring them once a month. As my family grew, I needed help weekly. The workers are both friendly and professional. Once I tell them to clean some place in certain way, it's always taken care of in the same way. They attend small details that I mention, such as looking at corners, dust, and etc. I trust them to leave them alone in my house as well as refer to my own friends. I always come to a sleek clean and organized home after they leave. They are fast and do the job well. Their service is way above what they charge for. You'll be happy with their service

I purchased this deal because i needed help in getting my house in order. i told them when they arrived, they asked where do you want us to work, i said focus on the downstairs, because i have some family moving in. I have a bathroom on the second floor, that's the only room i want you to clean. i went up stairs and they had all the door opened in the rooms I told them not to go into. They didn't dust anything they didn't polish the furniture, they did was floors. The tie backs on the curtains in my living room they knocked those on the floor and just left them there. i had to pick them up off the floor. Sergio, the person in charge, was on his phone the whole time. They didn't clean the toilets well. They washed the kitchen floor and when i looked at it there was still little particles on the floor that had not been swept up. overall i would never hire them again and would not recommend them.

It went great. Tatiene proactively reached out to me the day after I purchased the deal and we scheduled some time the following week. She arrived with her partner right on time and we walked around my condo while her partner started cleaning. They worked diligently the entire time and even stayed longer than the purchased offer including going the extra mile by wiping off every light switch, cabinet, etc. As a fellow service business owner, I know how much customers appreciate the extra touch that comes from an owner/operator and we were impressed. We highly recommend and plan to use her again for future cleanings.
