US Tile

Luiz was great at communicating, showed up when said would and the work exceeded my expectations. Definitely will use US Tile again.

Even though some of the floor tiles I bought were not all 12x12, some were slightly larger, he was able to work around it by using the 6x6 tiles I had in the pattern. I'm very pleased with his solution on how to utilize the glass tiles around the niche and it came out really nice. This is the 2nd time I have used Luiz. He had tiled my kitchen floor and counter top backsplash 2 years ago. He's reasonable, knowledgeable, on time, and I would highly recommend him for any tile job.

We had US tile replace our old vinyl bathroom floor with tile. They were very prompt at responding back to our initial request and were in for an estimate quickly. They were able to perform the job quickly and did a great job. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Would highly recommend.

We were very happy with the work that Luiz and his assistant did for us. There were several small jobs—tiling a fireplace surround and hearth, a side hallway, bathroom floor, and kitchen backsplash—each with their own challenges, and he gave us great advice along the way. They arrived everyday, promptly, and were careful about cleaning up after. When we hit a problem, Luiz was very helpful with offering the best solutions. The finished jobs looked wonderful and we would certainly hire him again.

Luiz was quick to provide a quote and was able to schedule us quickly. He showed up right on time and did a beautiful job installing our tile. He even went to the store for us to pick up different grout when he helped us realize we had not picked the best color. Finished product looks beautiful.

The big reason I hired Luiz initially was his prompt response time. He answers his phone, and comes when he says he is going to. I find this is a big problem with other contractors. On top of it, the work came out beautiful. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Luis was excellent since if first contacted him. Quote schedule was fast and easy. He gave me the work quote on the same day. He also gave us advice on tile options as well as how to prepare the room to save money. It was easy to schedule the work and he came on time and completed the work in the allocated time. He and his assistant were very professional. On every step of the way he gave us advice to make it look good and gave us options. We change things (thresholds, transitions) based on his advice. The rooms look great!. He cleaned up very well after finishing. If I need tile work again, I will call him right away.

Luiz returned my call immediately. He came out to the house to assess the effort and provided a reasonable estimate shortly thereafter. Very courteous, professional, and focused on delivering quality work. Beautiful job on both tile floor and kitchen backsplash. I failed to order enough backslpash tile and Luiz came back (at my convenience) to finish the project. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. I would and am bringing him back to do some additional tiling for me. It is so good to find someone who takes pride in their work, leaves your house clean and does such a fabulous job. I would highly recommend using his services. I do not know how to upload photos from my computer or I would do it. If someone wants photos I can send them in a text message and would be happy to do so.

Luiz did an excellent job. He quickly responded when we initially called him, he scheduled an estimate within 24 hours and arrived on time and gave us the estimate before he left! He was very clear on his timeline, we kept in touch and he scheduled and completed the job when he said he would. He is patient, dependable and thorough with his work and he has a great sense of humor. He did an excellent job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him again for a tiling job.

I joined Angie's list to find a tiler after losing one to scheduling issues. This was after a month trying to find someone with our project stopped dead in its tracks. Luis responded immediately, gave us a price and started within a couple of days. Luiz and his helper were extremely hard workers, arriving on time, cleaning up each day, and were even kind to our pets. Luis did an amazing job and we were lucky to find him. We are so pleased with the end result and would recommend him unreservedly.

Luiz called me back the same day I called and left a message and then came the next morning to give me a quote. That in itself was a good sign. We agreed on a price and he also contacted a contractor to remove the existing brick and prepare the walls for tiling. After the prep work was done, Luiz gave me a date for the tiling and showed up on that date to do the work. Luiz did an excellent job tiling the hearth and walls. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and work.

US Tile was extremely responsive and came to provide a written estimate within 48 hours of first contact. Luiz was very responsive over the phone through both taking phone calls and through texting which I appreciate given that I also have a busy schedule. It made it easy to coordinate the project and get confirmations and updates. The quote was reasonably priced and he was able to fit the small job into his busy schedule within a few days. They worked efficiently getting the job done in a few hours. Tile looks fantastic he did a great job laying out and it looks terrific. They performed the work and cleaned up. Luiz was professional and courteous.
