US Tile

Luiz is absolutely wonderful! We needed help tiling our bathroom floor and shower. From the very beginning he was a great communicator, we got estimate from multiple people yet we felt safest and most confident moving forward with him. His flexibility and advice along the way made the planning easy. The bones of our bathroom were a bit unlevel and Luiz made sure to address it and reinforce the subfloor which made us feel much better. His crew was amazing, friendly and hard working- they showed up early everyday! They finished the job ahead of schedule and Luiz has checked in with us and even came back after the fact to ensure we were happy and that everything was absolutely perfect. We’re so happy and would highly recommend US Tile to all of our friends and family!

So pleased with our new floors! We had Luiz and his assistant, Jacque, install new tile in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom and new tile in our upstairs bathroom. We are just delighted with their work. Both of these men worked tirelessly without stopping to take a break and they were here for four of the hottest and most humid days of the summer. My floors look incredible and I’m just so happy we found Luiz! He was also so helpful with his guidance on using the right color grout and it turned out to be two perfect choices. Luiz and Jacque were a pleasure to have around the house. I’m looking forward to having Luiz back to install a new backsplash in my kitchen.

Luiz did our floors in our home 8 years ago, so when we bought a “new to us” home we knew who to call. Even though it was a small bathroom, he took the time to come and look, helped us pick out a better grout color, and even guided us for a transition piece going from wood to tile. He also works efficiently and communicated perfectly. He is our go to for tiling!

From the estimate to the completion it was a great experience. He is knowledgeable and provided us with ideas for the transitions between the new tiles and the existing hardwood floor. They were efficient, detailed oriented, worked cleanly and communicated well. I am actually working with them on the next project.

Luiz did a fantastic job installing a backsplash in my kitchen. I had a tough time making a decision on the grout to use and Luiz had samples to try against my tile and helped me make the right choice. They were very careful and covered the countertop and appliances. My new backsplash is the focal point of my kitchen now. I would highly recommend US Tile.

Luiz did an excellent job. We were in a tough predicament with a botched job from a prior contractor --Luiz went out of his way to give us a fair price and completed the work within 4 days time. There were some interruptions to our project which Luiz handled in stride as our home is quite old and had to be handled with care. Luiz worked well with my Plumber and completed the work with quality craftsmanship. We are happy with the result and highly reccomend Luiz to others. We will likely use him again in the future---

Luiz did a fantastic job installing my tile. The price he quoted was fair, in fact, it was half the price of another company’s quote. He took all debris from the job site and made sure everything was clean.

I called US Tile because I wanted to change tile on shower floor because it was faded and dirty. When he cam he said tile and grout were in good shape and advised not to replace. He went out to his truck and got a cleaner and used that on it and looked much better. I offered to pay him something and he would take any money. If I ever need tile work in the future I would not hesitate to use him and would recommend him to friends

We had a leak in our master shower which required the floor tile to be ripped out and a new pan added as well as part of the shower wall. Luis and Jacque repaired and re tiled my shower in 2 days! They do a meticulous job and work non stop . I wouldn’t go anywhere re else for your tile job needs. Have used them in the past and will continue to do so!

Luiz was great. He responded right away when we contacted him, and got the work that we needed done finished right away. The quality of the work was great, and his help with tile selection and grout color was invaluable.

I was very pleased with Luiz and how well our tile job turned out. The initial quote was reasonable and didn't change when completed. He was able to schedule the job quickly and finish in two half-days. He communicated well and was very punctual. I was particularly happy with the suggestions he offered on the tile work. For example, we purchased a light colored grout and he recommended going a little darker to make the joints look better. He walked us through the options, the pros and cons, and helped us decide on another grout color that ended up looking fantastic! He didn't just use what we gave him blindly, but wanted the end product to look the best - I really appreciated that. I'll definitely recommend US Tile to friends and will use them in the future if needed!

Luis came by to estimate my kitchen back splash removal and installation of new tile. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what tile would look best in my kitchen down to the color of the grout. He came with his helper Jacque and installed my beautiful tile in a timely fashion. The price was very fair and I couldn’t be happier! I am planning on using him again in the future

This is the second time I have hired Luiz and he has exceeded our expectations again. He is punctual, polite and very professional. He offers insight and tips that save time and money. He has great customer service skills he is a great listener and has a family friendly sense of humor. I will hire him again and again.

Typically getting such services performed or even quoted for that matter can be a painful process, but this was certainly not the case with Luiz and his US Tile team! I called Luiz (after business hours) and he immediately picked up and scheduled a time to come in the very next morning to review the project. After his visit, I was given a quote later that same day; and he started the project a week later. Him and his team were punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. Most importantly, he did a great job. We have more tiling work in our building over the next few weeks and will definitely be using Luiz again!

It went outstanding! They were perfectionists! They were punctual, clean, respectful, and very helpful with suggestions. The work came out awesome and I would absolutely hire them again!! They were also very cautious and respectful of the fact that we have children in the house who couldn’t be vaccinated yet and wore masks the whole time.

Luiz helped me to find a tile supplier with a great selection and terrific prices. The grouts he recommended were perfect for the tiles I chose for each area. When it came to the installation itself, Luiz proved to be a perfectionist - meticulous in his attention to detail throughout each day until the work was completed. Very professional and clean. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Calculated the exact amount of tile required. Arrived on time to quote the job and complete it. Walls came out great. Really glad that I selected Luiz.

Everything went great, he was able to get to the job in three days and complete in two. Which was critical due to timeline deadline. The quality of the work was of the highest quality and the job site was left in the condition it was before. No clean up for me to do. He will be my go to for the future.
