Leo and his team did an amazing work on my front and backyard. They were extremely efficient at building my two patios which are connected by a walkway. All that done in a professionally mannered I highly recommend M & L Construction!!!

I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!

Leo and his team did a great job doing what I had requested which was to revitalize the beds around my house. He was there when he said he would be and I believe gave a fair estimate for the required work. Would absolutely rehire.

M&L did a great job with my yard. We had uncontrollable weeds and these men came by within days of my request. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the driveway and I didn’t even think to have work done on it. Will definitely hire again and recommend

Leo was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. He came to the house the next morning and gave me a fair estimate. When he found out that the cost of the trees from his supplier was higher than he anticipated he promptly called me to discuss before proceeding. When he arrived to do the job a few days later he gave me the price label directly off the tree to confirm the cost. The hemlock trees were full and healthy and look very nice. He and his co worker removed existing bushes and disposed of them. They left the area clean and beautiful. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend his company for landscaping work

I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. Throughout Leo kept in touch about the progress of the project daily and made sure that we were happy with results thus far. At end of the project, I have to say my yard has never looked better. I love it!!!! Thank you to Leo and crew. I would most definitely recommend M&L landscaping to anyone that is looking to beautify their landscaping. I am highly confident that you will not be disappointed. Most definitely will use again in the near future.

I met Leo because he was doing work for another home down the street from me, and I needed to have my annual yard clean up performed. Leo took down my info and setup a date for my service. On the day of the service, he came with his crew (one other person at first, but then another person joined as well for a total of three). They expertly de-thatched my lawn, fixed the edging, applied new mulch, and then mowed and cleaned up all the debris. My neighbor noticed Leo and his team working on my yard, and he hired him right on the spot to do his yard, too. Overall, A+ service! Will definitely hire him again!
